  I cannot recommend Fitzgerald Mazda/Kia of Annapolis highly enough. From the moment I walked in, every single person I encountered made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued, and the experience from start to finish was exceptional in every way. From the receptionist greeting me warmly at the front desk, to the sales team working tirelessly to make the numbers work, the culture at this dealership is immediately obvious. These are people who genuinely care about the person standing in front of them, not just the sale. Michael Lardarello deserves special recognition. This is actually my second purchase through MJ and there is a very clear reason I came back. In an industry where customers often walk in with their guard up, MJ completely changes that dynamic from the first interaction. He is not trying to close a sale. He is trying to solve a problem for a person. He was transparent throughout, communicated clearly at every stage, went back to his manager multiple times on my behalf, and followed through on every single commitment he made without exception. He never once made me feel pressured and treated me like a person throughout the entire process. If you are buying a Kia, ask for MJ. You will not regret it. Alex Canary in finance was wonderful. He handled everything with real professionalism and clarity and made what is often the most stressful part of a car purchase feel completely relaxed and straightforward. I should also mention that I am not someone who typically agrees to add-ons in the finance office, but Alex presented everything so genuinely and so well that he actually won me over on this one. That is no small feat and speaks volumes about his approach. What truly set this experience apart was General Manager Rob Ward taking the time to come out personally, introduce himself, and shake my hand. That is not something you forget.   My daughter and I visited Fitzgerald Kia of Annapolis on Saturday, May 23 because she was interested in purchasing a Kia Sportage. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting and enjoyable experience turned into one of the worst dealership experiences we’ve ever had. When we arrived, there were three employees standing outside. A female salesperson greeted us, and after we explained we were interested in a Sportage, she deferred to someone named Liam, who appeared to be training her. Without introducing himself or even acknowledging us, he simply told her, “It’s all yours.” It was immediately obvious she was new and nervous, which is completely understandable — everyone has to learn somewhere. The problem was the complete lack of support and professionalism from the person supposedly training her. We were directed to a vehicle that was not the trim package or color my daughter was interested in. When I asked if it was the correct trim, we were told, “No, but it’s the closest.” She handed us the keys, took my daughter’s license, and told us to warm the car up and look around. We sat in the vehicle for at least 5–7 minutes unable to start it before realizing we had been given the wrong keys entirely. No one checked on us or came back outside. At that point, my daughter was ready to leave. When we went back inside, a business manager asked if we had been helped. I explained that we had been ignored by the trainer, given the wrong keys to a vehicle we weren’t interested in, left alone outside, and still didn’t even have my daughter’s driver’s license returned to her. He apologized and explained the salesperson was new, but again — the issue was not the new employee. The issue was the person training her. We eventually went on a test drive, and afterward my daughter specifically asked to see the trim package and color she actually wanted because comfort was important to her.   I purchased a Kia Sportage from Fitzgerald Kia of Annapolis! Our sales person was Earl Ward. Earl is an excellent salesman specializing in customer service details. He is very knowledgeable and honest about the information and answering all our questions. We appreciate his personal attention to our needs or concerns. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle with Kia…ask for Earl! You’ll be glad you did ❤️

  This dealership beat out 20 other dealerships on price for my 2026 Kia Sorento S. I’m all the way from New Jersey and they were so quick to give me numbers over the phone. So simple and easy!!! Jamal was my salesman and he drove the car to my house!!!! All the way from Maryland! I have a pregnant wife at home and this created so much extra value to our deal! Also spoke with Rob Ward who went over the contract with me for 30 mins while I made sure all the numbers matched up. Amazing people, amazing deal. I will 100% be calling this dealership again if I’m in the market for another car.

  Great experience with Fitzgerald Kia!! James our salesman was great. Never pressured us for anything. Hassle free trade in!! Gave us all of the discounts we didn’t even know about. We leased this vehicle and the whole terrible finance sales barrage was rather simple. I must say this was a truly great experience. Thank you Fitzgerald for the great experience!
