  I had an unfortunate accident on on the evening of April 9, and on the evening of April 10 I walked out of this dealership the owner of a 2025 Nissan Kicks. The true blessing was the amazing professionalism and care, Malik Nelson and Brian Amis, took of my mother and me. These two gentlemen were just that, gentle. We spent more time building a relationship and trust through life conversations, than hearing them pressure me into a vehicle. We laughed. We shared stories. Mom even enjoyed the playlist. The time the four of us spent together was more about relationships than sales, which made me feel comfortable with purchasing from them. I walked into this dealership just to look, I had no idea what I was looking for because the need was fresh. It was the second dealership of the day that I had visited and to note the first was a bad experience, but I knew after a couple of hours that even if I didn't make a decision or purchase that night, I was going back to give them my business. Very quickly I realized we had built a trust, and they cared and heard me. The entire atmosphere was welcoming. Everyone that passed us by was friendly and acknowledged us. To include one of the owners, who even went out of his way to make my mom feel comfortable and smile by providing her with snacks because she had on her "I'm not going to let y'all walk all over my baby" face on😊. The whole vibe of the dealership was inviting and felt like a wonderful place to work for those looking. Malik, our salesman, that I will call a "sales professional", aka "Baby face", was a breath of fresh air, still getting his feet wet in his profession but kind, respectful, and attentive. He enlisted "Pastor" Brian Amis, who had a bit more experience to help walk him through showing us options available online. I tell you, Mr. Amis with his " financial ministry " and wisdom, broke down the numbers in a way I could understand and not refuse, giving me the tools and assurance I needed to realize I could a

  I recently purchased a new Jeep from Five Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I had an outstanding experience! My salesman, Carlos Nelson, was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything on the lot, answered all my questions with confidence, and truly knew how to make a deal happen. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to him. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Carlos—you won’t be disappointed. He deserves a 10-star rating in my book!

  Just stopped in to peek at a truck. Wasnt the one we were looking for. In comes Kyla, salesperson of the decade. She worked very hard and remained so patient with me and found the exact truck we wanted. Agreed on price ( they beat like 5 other dealers, bad). The transaction was smooth. Ally in finance was a pleasure to deal with. Jeremy was awesome too. Really all I talked to were very nice. Very satisfied.

  I was referred to Carlos by my sister, whom he has sold many vehicles over the years. From start to finish, my experience was EXCELLENT!!! I shared w/ him what I wanted to do and what I was looking for and he made it happen...seamlessly. Despite the negative equity on my previous vehicle, I was able to drive away in a 2026 Jeep Compass w/ no money down...on Valentine's Day, at that! :) Carlos listens and provides IMPECCABLE customer service throughout the entire process. DEFINITELY deserving of all of the awards displayed in his office! :)

  I drove from Columbus to buy my vehicle here because I saw that they have a lifetime powertrain warranty, as long as the scheduled maintenence is done on the vehicle. The customer service was excellent! Someone greeted me when I needed assistance, but I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. The wait for the financing process was a little Iengthy because I arrived for my test drive around 10 AM and left the dealership around 3! Other than that, the salespeople are awesome and I drove away with my new vehicle! I would like to send a special shout out to Brian Amis! He's a Veteran, very personable, and knowledgeable! Definitely ask for him if you're looking to make a new vehicle purchase!
