  I have never had a more enjoyable car buying experience in 50 years! Devon Grady and Shane Ferrin made purchasing my new Subaru easy and fast. I received a fair price for my trade-in that helped in my decision to buy the Subaru that I had researched as my best choice.Rather than any sort of pressure to buy, I received direct answers to my questions and my concerns were addressed honestly. I received a great overview of the features of the car and excellent post-purchase follow-up. I could not feel more confident in my decision to purchase my Subaru. A few days and drives later, I love my Subaru even more than I thought I would! Thank you Devon and Shane for making my purchase fun and easy!

  I had an excellent experience working with Devon Grady. From the start, Devon was professional, personable, and genuinely easy to work with. He initially reached out after I showed interest in a vehicle online, and that quick follow-up was honestly what got me into the dealership in the first place. I’m glad it did. Buying a car is often such a stressful experience, and having witnessed other dealerships use disingenuous sales tactics with relatives, I’ve always been especially wary. Yet, Devon never made me feel pressured. He was straightforward, honest, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, listened to what I was looking for, and worked hard to get the financing where I needed it to be instead of trying to push me into something that didn’t fit my needs or budget. Devon also went above and beyond during the trade-in process and advocated for me every step of the way. I always felt like he was working with me rather than just trying to make a sale. Even after I drove off the lot, he followed up a few days later to make sure everything was going well with my vehicle, which says a lot about the kind of customer service he provides. Devon made the typically stressful experience of buying a car surprisingly comfortable and enjoyable. The dealership is fortunate to have someone like Devon on their team. His professionalism, honesty, and commitment to his customers made all the difference in my experience. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Devon.

  This was possibly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Miles Crawford and James Wells were THE BEST to work with. We had SO MANY questions and Miles was so helpful and patient and really worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. Everyone who works there was attentive and checked on us and really just made the entire experience a pleasant one. We would highly recommend Flatirons Subaru and if you are lucky enough to work with Miles and James you will not be disappointed.

  Great experience purchasing a great vehicle. Devin Grady was excellent at helping me with my purchase and making sure I got the best financing, Carfax reports and answering all my questions and going over all the car features and option packages. No high pressure sales. I highly recommend. Brendan Simpson was great with the financing options. Both were super friendly and accommodating. They made it a good buying experience!

  Recently bought a Subaru Outback, this dealership was great. First time I genuinely felt it was no BS not just like most dealers say. Worked with Devon, told him what I needed to make a deal and he made it happen within the hour and I was out of there in a new car. Would recommend to all my friends and family.
