  I purchased a vehicle today through Bill Green at Fletch’s. I was apprehensive to walk in with limited knowledge in cars, and a young child in tow. The car I drove onto the lot was barely surviving, and I knew I needed to leave with something that could last. Bill greeted me with a smile, shook my hand immediately, and then gave my daughter the same attention by asking her what she was looking for. He answered all of our questions (from safety concerns to what cars come in pink, and if any cars he sold allowed pink gum to be chewed in them). He took the time to check inventory for any requests I had, and get to know us enough to make sure any suggestions he had were reasonable for our lifestyle. He then took the time to show me each feature on the vehicle we chose, and explain why he felt it was the safest option. He made sure I knew how to operate the bells and whistles before leaving the lot, and also took the time to introduce me to the service team should we need to come back. All of the staff members were incredibly welcoming and kind, making sure we were comfortable while paperwork took time. He handled everything from the registration and license plate to coordinating an insurance transfer, as well as adequate warranty and getting rid of the car I drove there. The office was spacious, clean, and filled with people that smiled and chatted with us joyfully. It really was the smoothest transition to a new vehicle I have ever experienced. I left the dealership today incredibly relieved, having found a professional, empathetic salesman that truly cared about my family’s safety. I can say with confidence that I will be a lifetime customer of Fletch’s! I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a vehicle. *We did not purchase the vehicle pictured here… but having her opportunity to “test drive” really made the day!

  I was looking to purchase a new vehicle. Sat with a salesman and found the vehicle we were looking for. That part was easy enough. When it came to the trade in though, things did not go as well. The Kelly Blue Book value was $29,000, which I know are usually high. I was offered $22,000 because of the "cosmetic damage, oil on the CV boots, and it needed new tires." The tires were down to the wear pads, I was told. We could not come to terms so I took my business elsewhere. The tires were fine, not new, but fine. They had 30,000 miles on them and when I inspected then, found that they were no where near the wear pads. I purchased my vehicle at another dealership. Received $25,500 for the trade in. There was no mention of needing new tires or leaking CV boots. Definitely not going back to Fletches for maintenance or an future vehicle purchases

  Bought a car from Niel Tveten at Fletch's in Petoskey. Honestly I was dreading it because it's always been an arduous task in the past but this was an incredible experience. Niel was knowledgeable and kind, not a high pressure, get the sale guy. He listened to what I needed and found the best fit in my price range. When it came time for the buy the whole team came together like a well oiled machine. They got me a great rate from the bank and any time I had to wait they offered beverages and snacks even though my wait time wasn't long. I really appreciate how hard they worked to get me what I needed without taking all day. Highly recommend Niel and the Fletch's establishment!

  Purchased a vehicle from Fletch's about 2 weeks ago. Bought it without driving or seeing it because of the sales person, Chris McKay. We talked several times/days and I trusted his responses and word. It's refreshing to deal with dealers/people who still believe in honesty, integrity, and great customer service. I am thrilled with the purchase of this 2019 Acadia and it performs and looks exactly as Chris McKay described. Thank you for being an honest dealer and for Chris McKay being a great salesman!   We stopped into Fletch’s in Petoskey and were greeted by Chris McKay. Chris spoke to us about what we told him we were looking for and he found us a beautiful GMC Yukon that we now own and love. From top to bottom Fletch’s treated us like family and like valued customers and without any pressure, but allowed us the time to think about what we were looking for and arrive at this point on our own. We really liked Chris McKay too as he is a very nice young man, very respectful, kind, helpful and a person who you easily could call a friend. We highly recommend Fletch’s as they are a diamond in the rough if you will, they are on Charlevoix Highway just around the corner from 131 and close to McLaren Hospital. Fletch’s has a huge inventory of vehicles and we will be back!
