  Our sales representative, Rodney, was fantastic. He was responsive and attentive to every question and detail throughout the process. We felt completely comfortable with him and the entire Harvey team. Plus we got a great deal on our new F-150 STX, which we love! Highly recommend this dealership.

  Had a great experience! I had a great service rep (Erica) As soon as I walk through the door she greeted me allow me to go on and on about The issues I was having with my truck and how it was pulling to the right ( thinking that I may only need an alignment And oh yes I definitely needed an alignment but she also explained and showed me how my tires were becoming dry rotted she did a great evaluation and offered me several options including possible payment plan if needed. The parts that I needed were order that day and by 2 pm The next day I rolled out of the Ford dealership with new tires and alignment ! I love my truck and I'm a proud Ford family member . FYI: I live on the West Bank but formally from Mandeville and was a loyal banner Ford customer driving an hour there and back to get service but due to the emergency issue I was having with the tires I had gone to the Harvey location and needless to say I now feel that I don't have to drive so far to receive great service thanks Erica for winning me over.   A pleasure to deal with this dealership. Cory and Greg made the process easy. I bought a Ford F150 and I would have to say, this was the first time purchasing a vehicle without stress and issues. We agreed on the purchase and they did what they said they were going to do!

  I would give a 10/10 if I could. This was my first experience at a Ford dealership and honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had. They were flexible with my schedule and towing situation. The personalities when I walked in immediately made me feel comfortable and confident trusting them with my car (even though, to be fair, I literally did not have brakes at the time lol). They were also very communicative and even offered a follow-up to make sure everything was still okay afterward. Special shoutout to my service advisor Nate (not name-dropping the full government name on Google lol) for making this whole situation a lot less scary.
