  Dear Service Department Team, I would like to extend my sincere thanks for the outstanding service I received during my recent visit. I brought my vehicle in due to smoke coming from the exhaust following an oil change that had been completed about a week prior. Your technicians conducted a thorough inspection, identified the issue, and successfully resolved the problem. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and attention to detail your team puts into their work—no matter how big or small the concern may be.   I had the absolute best experience, Jorge was completely understanding to what I was looking for and found the perfect car for me. The customer service is outstanding and I would recommend Ford Nissan of Columbus to anybody. The staff was courteous and very professional but did not make me feel overwhelmed.

  Bessie Williams was awesome. The finance lady Carrie was as well. Jamie was awesome and showed me the basics of my new SUV. Going back today to go over everything with Bessie. Great experience and great customer service. I've owned two Altimas, one maxima and now the Pathfinder SUV.
