“The whole process from making the appointment on the mobile website to the drive thru type of set up for checking in is very user-friendly and impressive. The check in process is simple and the customer service is excellent. Loretta was the agent that checked me in and she was very pleasant and courteous. She explained everything that they would take care of and showed me the waiting area, which is beautiful. The complimentary coffee and snacks are a nice touch along with comfortable chairs and tables with plugs for phone charging or laptop use. The wi-fi was very simple to connect to as well. The service was done a lot quicker than I thought it would be. That was my first time having my car serviced there and because of the great experience, I will be using that location for all of my future service needs.”
