  The whole process from making the appointment on the mobile website to the drive thru type of set up for checking in is very user-friendly and impressive. The check in process is simple and the customer service is excellent. Loretta was the agent that checked me in and she was very pleasant and courteous. She explained everything that they would take care of and showed me the waiting area, which is beautiful. The complimentary coffee and snacks are a nice touch along with comfortable chairs and tables with plugs for phone charging or laptop use. The wi-fi was very simple to connect to as well. The service was done a lot quicker than I thought it would be. That was my first time having my car serviced there and because of the great experience, I will be using that location for all of my future service needs.

  I drove over an hour to purchase my new Kia Sportage X-Line hybrid, and I am glad I did! Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville had so many different vehicles on the lot to choose and every purchase comes with free oil changes as long as you own the car. My salesperson, Elizabeth, was very patient and not at all pushy. The whole experience from beginning to end was great and I left knowing that I received a great deal and got exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!

  Bought a great truck from this dealership (was a trade in). Traveled 1000 miles to pick it up. Since I had to be sure this was a done deal prior to leaving home, it was important to deal with trustworthy people. Dealt with multiple people at the dealership. No one dropped the ball. All my questions were answered. No high pressure sales tactics. Vehicle was as described. Everyone was very accommodating. Will (salesman) picked me up at my hotel and the drive across town to the dealership was my test drive. 3 hours later I was on my way home. Great experience all the way around!

  I owned a 2024 sx telluride and had it for 2 years. Great car, no problems, 360 technology, drove well, and highly recommend. I had recently seen the 2027 design on the new telluride and I was blown away! I was hesitant about the new turbo engine, the 6 cylinder was great, so I didn't get it. However I was drawn in with the all new 2027 design and had to see it in person. l called kia of Greenville when I seen they had a 2027 sx prestige x pro in stock. Later that day, I received a call back from Daniel (salesman). He made an appointment for me to come in and test drive the telluride on February 14, yes Valentines day! I arrived early for my appointment and Daniel had another customer. I took this opportunity to look around, when I seen the 2027 wolf gray telluride on the show room floor I couldn't believe how beautiful it was, I wanted white until I seen the Gray. It wasn't long until Daniel finished up with the other customers, And I was test driving this bad boy, OMG this sx prestige x pro was the best driving vehicle I've ever driven. I couldn't believe it, rugged and luxurious! Daniel was a great salesman, but the 2027 telluride sold itself! Top of the line package, with more bells and whistles I knew what to do with. I received a good deal on a great vehicle. I must thank my husband for this Valentines gift!! And yes the smaller engine turbo had plenty of power! I wasn't about to leave without it. If you're thinking about test driving one I say GO FOR IT! I'm thankful 🙏 to the Lord for blessing us with this vehicle. I've had it a week and I have no doubt this vehicle is my favorite of any I've owned and there's been a lot through the years.... The buying process was better than expected. I wasn't waiting around all day to get through all the steps to purchase it. They were professional and considerate of our time. I highly recommend Kia of Greenville they all made the process easy. Oh yeah, free oil changes for the life of my new telluride. What more could

  The service team handled my vehicle's repair much faster than expected, and I appreciate their patience during the process. While the initial information about contract benefits (like the loaner car) could be more transparent to avoid confusion, I am very happy with the final outcome. Thank you for the quick resolution!
