  In the beginning of our process we worked with Riley, who helped guide up to which cars we wanted to look at, then we were passed off to Quinten who was absolutely lovely to work with, he put up with so much from us and didn’t bat an eye at all our ridiculous questions or my father in law grilling him on getting a good price. He was very informative on all the bells and whistles and what the difference was between each car. He also was very personable and related to us on a family level. We are very pleased with our full experience with the staff we worked with at this dealership. We also worked closely with Sami who I believe was the manager and he was equally knowledgeable and great to work with. Highly recommend this team to all your friends and family.

  Had the best experience buying a pre owned car from Josh! He was really hopeful we get get me out of there with a new car, and he was successful! Thanks to Reggie as well for helping with final details!

  Absolutely loved my experience at fred anderson kia of raleigh! My sales rep was Rodney. He was such a sweetheart and listened to all of my concerns and wishes. Printed the carfax out for me and we went over all of the details together. Pulled the vehicle we wanted out and we took it for an unforgettable test drive! We had fun! We fell in love with the car and decided to buy it. He worked back and forth with his managers with me on what we needed to do to take it home that day. We came to an agreement and that was that. The finance officer was awesome too! I can't remember his name though, he was new. But he was up front about everything and completely transparent. He even drew me a sheet with the different prices and estimates and a diagram of things that could happen to help me determine what I wanted and could afford. He guided me through the process perfectly. I was super comfortable talking money. Which I know is a tuff subject when making a big purchase. But everyone involved make it easy and to the point. Thank you so much! Picture of our car that we chose is attached as well. *update* Traded the optuma for a brand new 2026 seltos. Absolutely love it. My rep Yasen was great and told me about many features of the car. Had a wonderful experience buying a new car.

  We had a fantastic experience with CJ for our Telly purchase. We came in with a good idea of what we wanted and he made every effort to meet our expectations - and then some. Can’t say I’ve ever had a car buying experience as good as this one! We didn’t care for our help in the finance dept but I’ll leave him unnamed because it was redeemable. In the end, we left happy and are thrilled with our new Kia! We highly recommend CJ for a positive experience!
