  On a chilly Saturday November morning, my husband and I decided to look at cars. We were looking at the Rougue and Johnny came out and greeted us in the parking lot. Johnny was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable about the car's equipment and functions. While we were talking about the Rougue my eyes shifted to the Murano and the Pathfinder. Johnny then gave us information on the Murano and the Pathfinder. We told him we would think about it. We never felt rushed, pressured, or like it was “just about the sale.” When I decided that I wanted a 2026 white Pathfinder, he started looking for one. Halfway through the process I changed my mind on the color. Johnny went above and beyond to locate a two tone black and white 2026 Pathfinder with the accessories I wanted. Johnny truly listened to my wants and needs throughout the entire process. Two days after my purchase, Johnny called me to ask how everything was going with my new car. I told him “Sophia” and I are enjoying getting our wiggles out. If you are looking for excellent customer service, knowledgeable salesman and positive staff/experience then you need to go to Fred Anderson Nissan. I highly recommend purchasing from Fred Anderson Nissan. Be sure to ask for Johnny. I am over the moon with my purchase and super happy with my experience!

  I had an amazing experience at Fred Anderson Nissan in Raleigh, NC! Keegan made the entire process of purchasing my new car smooth and stress-free. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Mario in finance was just as great, quick, clear, and made the paperwork process super easy. I had zero issues getting my vehicle, and I truly appreciate how well they took care of me. Highly recommend asking for Keegan and Mario!

  I can only say that God blessed me when I got to this dealership. First, I was suppose to go to the KIA down the street but I accidentally went into the Nissan Dealership. Misha, God bless his heart, had the perfect car for me, from a trade in by this older couple. Its so pretty and well maintained. It's a 2018 Rouge. I'm feeling blessed and highly favored right now because it fit my budget and it was the color that I was praying for, pearl white. Everything went smoothly. He even put a bow on my car and took pictures. Super sweet. I thought I was going to get hussled so had my guard up but yeah everything went well. Thanks to all the staff there.

  This is the second time I have went to Fred Anderson Nissan to buy a vehicle for my children. Each time has been phenomenal, but this time was just so smooth. The young man that helped us, Drew, was driven but extremely respectful. There wasn't a moment where he wasn't taking care of, not just our car needs but making sure we were comfortable at all time. That might sound weird to some people, but customer service is a lost art and this young man has found it. I appreciate not feeling like I went and was hassled. Rather we went here again because they have treated us like family and that is hard to find these days. Drew, you did an amazing job and we really enjoyed meeting you. Continue to shine and we are praying that the Lord blesses you in many ways! Thanks for the amazing new vehicle for my daughter 🖤

  I have never had a dealership/ Sales person work harder to get me a good deal. My dad recommended I come here after getting options at another dealer. I showed up, an Johnny immediately made my brother and I feel seen. He beat the original deal by $40/ month, and made us feel like we mattered the whole time. I cannot recommend this dealership enough!
