  I worked with a "JR Hayes!!" who was my sales person!! JR was Very Friendly/Helpful/Caring/Knowledgeable/Great Listener-Personality!! I worked with a "Robert Burns!!" Robert was my financial person!! Both were Fantastic/Wonderful/Accommodating!! Made my buying a Toyota Cross(SUV) a Pleasure!! (LOVE IT!!) The rest of Fred's staff were all Accommodating/Friendly Too!! "Jimmy-Manager!!" talked with him over the phone!! Wonderful/Caring/Great Listener!! THANK YOU ALL!!! Wonderful Atmosphere/Great place too buy from!!!

  This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Fred Anderson Toyota, and let me tell you—it was a breeze! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with kindness and immediately connected with our salesman, Joe Mokwa. I had been in the market for an electric vehicle, and Joe was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He encouraged us to test drive and sit in as many vehicles as we wanted so I could find the perfect fit, and he never once made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He even let my mom and I test drive the 2026 Toyota Bz- on our own- which was something that I appreciated because we were able to have our own conversations about what we liked without the pressure of a salesman in the car. As a younger buyer, I was honestly nervous about being taken advantage of or pressured into something that wasn't right for me. Instead, Joe was honest, approachable, and transparent every step of the way. I never felt swindled or like I was being "sold" a car—he genuinely wanted to help me find the best vehicle at the best possible price. What impressed me the most was Joe's dedication. He stayed late to work through the numbers and made sure I got the best deal possible. He answered every question I had, explained everything clearly, and made what I expected to be a stressful experience surprisingly easy and enjoyable. If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, patient, and truly has your best interests at heart, ask for Joe. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Fred Anderson Toyota, and I'll absolutely be recommending Joe to my family and friends.   My son purchased a 2024 Toyota Tacoma this week and we went to 3 dealerships and couldn't make a good deal happen. Averi our sales assistant was absolutely awesome, met our requests, and got him a great interest rate. We got there at 7:25 and left with the truck at 9:25. We just came by to look on our way home from Raleigh not thinking we could make it happen since they closed at 8 but they stayed late and made it happen. He loves the truck and it was the easiest car buying experience Ive ever been to! Thank you Averi you were great and thank you to Fred Anderson Toyota for his beautiful truck

  We had a great experience working with Karim Abdelshahid. We came to the dealership genuinely trying to decide between buying a new vehicle and a used one, and Karim was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was an excellent communicator and struck the perfect balance between providing the information we needed and giving us space to make our own decision. What stood out most was that he took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us evaluate our options without ever pressuring us toward the more expensive choice. We appreciated his honesty, patience, and willingness to answer our questions as we worked through the decision. Karim was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with from start to finish. We ultimately found the right vehicle for our family, and we would absolutely work with Karim again for our next vehicle purchase. Highly recommend! We also had an excellent experience working with Mike Barcenas in the finance department. Mike was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough as he walked us through the financing and warranty options. We had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer each one without making us feel rushed or pressured. What we appreciated most was his willingness to dig deeper into the contract language when we wanted additional clarification on the extended warranty coverage. Rather than simply moving on, he made sure we understood the details and felt comfortable with our decision. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. He made what can sometimes be the most stressful part of the car-buying process feel straightforward and transparent. Thank you, Mike!

  Wesley was an amazing salesman. He's thorough and thoughtful with his job. Very polite and respectful. If you have him as your salesman you're in good hands. Wesley, thank you for your time and understanding of what we came in to look at. You had it clean and ready to go when we arrive. We named her after a real shark named Mary Lee because of her little fin on the roof and her silver color. She's a beautiful car. Darrien in finance was exceptionally helpful with explaining the different protection plans and prices to finance this vehicle. He to was amazingly helpful. The lady I spoke with on the phone before I made the trip to the dealership was helpful but I kinda felt like she was in robot mode reading a script but other than that she was great as well. Thank you again Fred Anderson Toyota for a great experience.
