  Fred Beans made our Jeep buying experience easy peasy. Not only were they competitively priced and thousands lower than other dealers, but they got us a great interest rate and an affordable extended warranty. It was worth the 3.5 hour drive! Haley provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to help us in the most sincere way. 10/10 would recommend!

  This place is awesome. I bought a work Van from them over a year ago and brought it back for service. Super professional, clean, considerate. They have a comfortable waiting area offer coffee, water, snacks and have shuttle service. They give you detailed text updates with what they have done, pricing, and needed or recommended service. The Assistant Service Manager Troy was welcoming, attentive, respectful. I appreciated them taking great care of my vehicle and am grateful for the positive experience. Good service is hard to find, here you get excellent service.

  I will start by saying this review is about a used car purchase and I have not had any interaction with their service department. I am from Long Island, NY. I had been looking for a very specific truck all over when I found a truck that fit the bill at Fred Beans, Bob reached out promptly and I’m glad it was him. Bob was nothing but a perfect salesman in my eyes. From the initial contact to delivery of the vehicle. He made it well worth the nearly 3 hour drive. The experiences I’ve had at most dealerships near me have always left a bad taste, Not Fred Beans. For once, I finally felt good about buying a vehicle. Christian the Finance Manger was excellent as well. And I’d also like to give a special shout out to Haley as she wasn’t even our Salesperson but she was friendly with my fiancée and I while we were waiting. They really do treat you like family here. I almost can’t wait to purchase another vehicle because I will gladly make the trip again. Thank you all for being what a car dealership should be

  I am not one to generally take the time to post reviews. BUT I must say that my husband and I were looking for a used jeep to tow behind our trailer. They had a perfect fit for us...we called and spoke to Zackary and we had several concerns with price and other costs. He worked with his manager ..Brendan. We are retired and frankly aren't into technology etc.. They were so patient with us. Zachary was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He was never pushy and never pressured us to purchase anything above our price range. They worked with us patiently and gave us the best deal possible. We are very happy with our purchase and would definitely do business with them again. I highly recommend them. This kind of service is a rarity these days! Thankyou Zack (and Brendan) for making this process seamless for us!

  I would like the say thank you to Andrew the salesman and Christian the finance manager! Came from NJ to buy a certified preowned 2023 Ram 1500 Laramie, and they made the experience wonderful, no lies! Financed in house, got the extended warranties so by the time it's paid off it's still got a bumper to bumper warranty! I cannot recommend Fred Beans enough!
