  Excellent service from start to finish. Absolutely thrilled with the communication, the execution, the follow up, and the warranty work. This would have cost me over $5000, but my bill was $0.00. Ford lives up to their reputation with the problems that their vehicles have but also with the amazing service and resolving these issues. This particular dealership is above par in all facets.

  From start to finish, such a great experience at Fred Beans of West Chester. I was set on one vehicle , Kevin Deets, and the finance team made it happen. Thank you Kevin, and staff at Fred beans for making the experience hassle and stress free after I made the 2 and half hour drive explained everything needed and more ,I am beyond thrilled with the purchase of the ford dually.

  Great dealership to deal with. Kevin (Sales) was great to work with. Top notch guy, answered all my questions. Elijah (Fin guy) worked everything out so we were able to close the deal. Steve (Sales Manager) best I ever dealt with. Very through, did everything possible to get me what I needed including reaching out to NY to find my new ride. THANKS to all.

  I recently purchased a used Ford Blue Certified vehicle from Fred Beans Ford of Langhorne, and shortly after, the car needed some repairs. Since Fred Beans Ford of West Chester is much closer to me, I reached out to see if they could help, and I’m so glad I did. The team in West Chester was incredibly accommodating and made the entire process seamless. Joseph, the Service Manager, was especially professional, communicative, and welcoming from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the repair process, ensured everything was completed in a timely manner, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. They also provided a shuttle to work and coordinated a rental car smoothly, which I truly appreciated. Buying a used car can sometimes feel like a gamble, but Fred Beans really stood behind their vehicle 120% and made sure everything was taken care of. I’m so thankful for the support and service I received. If I ever purchase another used car, this will absolutely be the first place I look. Highly recommend the team at Fred Beans West Chester, and a special thank you to Joseph and the mechanic for going above and beyond!

  My car has been at their shop for over 6 months for a recall. When I went to pick it up after SIX months, there’s now a crack in my windshield. They were going to give me my car back with a crack. No one said anything, I had to go back in there and tell THEM. Now I still don’t have my car. To add, I have had to be the one who reaches out to the dealership via email, calls, etc to get any sort of update and to keep the ball moving. Now after the cracked windshield, I again, had to call myself to get an update. No one called to update me or apologized for the crack. I also had to initiate asking them to run a battery test since my car has been sitting on the lot for 6 months, I figured the battery would be dead…it was. You’d think they’d think of that. Also had to ask for them to check the tire pressure since it was sitting in lot for 6 months, through the winter, and was told “they should have checked that after they finished the car, but we’ll check again”….welp they also should have seen a crack in my windshield but didn’t!
