  When I walked into the dealership, Paul and Darrell made what is usually a stressful experience feel exciting, effortless, and genuinely enjoyable. I was leasing a 2026 Nissan Sentra for my daughter’s 16th birthday—a milestone I’ll never forget—and they made sure it was a special experience from beginning to end down to the bow. Both Paul and Darrell are true professionals. Their years of experience are evident in the way they treat their customers—with honesty, patience, knowledge, and absolutely no pressure. They took the time to answer every question, safety feature, explain every detail, and made sure I felt completely confident in my decision. I never once felt rushed or overwhelmed.i appreciated their suggestions as there was so much to choose from. Because of their guidance, I know without a doubt that I chose the right car for my daughter, and just as importantly, the right people to help me through the process. His professional yet genuinely affable demeanor immediately set a welcoming tone. Having a specific vehicle in mind, Peter efficiently provided us with the keys for a test drive. Following this, we appreciated the opportunity to complete an initial form without any undue pressure to commit to a purchase on the spot. My husband returned the following day to finalize the purchase. Given his meticulous approach to financial planning, he had a clear understanding of our budgetary requirements. The financing stage, handled by Elvis, was particularly noteworthy. I have purchased several vehicles in my life but bringing my business to Fred Haas was the absolute best decision I could have ever made. There was a quick moment where I thought against the process, but I decided to let faith guide me and I am grateful that Mr. Frank Ambless's patience and consistency overshadowed my doubt.   When we bought the car, the service was excellent and the salesperson was very friendly. Now that we're getting it serviced, we're not sure if buying the car (a Versa) was the best choice. We bought it hoping to save on fuel, and we are saving on it, but we never imagined the costs after the third service would be so high. So what we saved is going to go towards paying for the service. The person who helped me at the last service forgot about us, and we waited for more than three hours. When I went to see her to find out what happened, she said she'd sent me a message, and I told her no. Then, very calmly, she said, "I forgot." This is my first Nissan, and I'm not enjoying the experience.

  Efficiency personified by expertise knowledge and service given when purchasing my new 2025 Nissan Altima SR beautiful pearl white/black/charcoal combination. Love the rims…they ‘pop’.
