“Our sales guy was great! He listened, he engaged and he answered all of our questions. Unfortunately we didn't like the dealership sales approach as we felt like they were either a little dishonest or lazy/sloppy in their advertising. Online specifically. We were looking at used trucks and about half of the trucks have the Banner "Limited Lifetime Warranty" and the others did not. So when I like a truck that has that banner, I would expect that they would post that only on vehicles that apply...not leave it up to me to ask the dealership what the "fine print" is. Anyway, because of this we decided to go elsewhere. Its 2025 and its a time where car shopping by most dealers is easy. Perfect information at your fingertips. Not my experience here, I shouldn't have to dig to get the details or fine print. Management is making it hard for their sales team to do business the right way in my opinion. Otherwise, very clean dealership, great inventory and again, our sales guy was awesome. I just don't fee comfortable now buying from them as there are too many other options out there.”
