a month agoI had a really good experience here getting my Ram repaired. As I had called the day before and had a slight misunderstanding, Service Manager Todd was able to address it completely. Then, Todd gave me some helpful advice about synchronizing my Ram with my driving needs and habits. Then he hooked me up with Joshua, a very experienced service advisor. Joshua was Top Notch, a good communicator and listener. My warranty issues did take a little time but they resolved them completely with testing and software updates. Joshua was also super helpful with getting me some information and written materials that related to a bad part purchase experience I'd had at another business. In totality, they were really really helpful. Thank you Fremont Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for being the Ram experts!

2 months agoMy 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L started showing 4WD service dash light and it showed C1463-94 (Star case S2503000001). This is how it went... Thu 4/2/2026: Took my Jeep to Fremont CDJR for service. Mind you that this Jeep has been to this dealership for regular servicing for the last 50k miles since I bought it. Showed my dash light to the advisor and he starts the doom and gloom talk on how this can be due to transmission issues and when I did the transmission flush, etc. So I asked him a simple question that if it's really needed and then how come they didn't do it before as the Jeep has always been serviced here, well no answer to that question as expected. But that's fine because I know that's not the issue. SA calls me towards the end of the day and confirms that FAD needs replacement (that's expected) but here's the fun part, he claims it's possibly caused by "oversized custom wheels" so warranty will not cover it and it will be out of pocket! Then I ask him why he thinks it's oversized because my aftermarket wheels are the same exact size as the OEM Summit trim and then the story starts changing. He tells me that once the tech has written it on the service manual he can't change it....but, here's the best part...I told him that I have the stock wheels and tires so he asks me to bring it back with stock wheels and tires and they can POTENTIALLY fix it. Ok, I mean I thought your tech change the writing but how come the whole diagnosis will change once I change the wheels??? Fri 4/3/2026: Picked up my Jeep and they charge me $325 + credit card fee for the (wrong) diag. Attached picture of the wheels that I took when I picked up my Jeep showing the wheels/tire size. Thu 4/16/2026: Took my Jeep to Walnut Creek CDJR, same wheels/tires and no change. SA there called me after 2 hours that issue is confirmed to be FAD related and they will fix it under my Mopar extended warranty and it will be ready to pickup by next day. Fri 4/17/2026: Picked up the Jeep from Waln

2 months agoI recently purchased a brand-new vehicle with only 20 miles on the odometer, but the delivery and customer service experience were deeply disappointing. Upon taking delivery, I discovered deep gouges on one of the roof tops, along with interior scratches and grease marks on both front panels. It was highly apparent that the original tops had been swapped out or mishandled prior to my purchase. Resolving this issue required multiple trips to the dealership, including two separate trips on a single day. Rather than taking accountability and offering a proper resolution for a brand-new vehicle, both sales and service management repeatedly pushed for a body shop repair with a paint match. A customer paying a premium for a brand-new vehicle should not have to immediately send it to a body shop due to dealership negligence. Fortunately, I had time-stamped photographs of the vehicle from two weeks prior to purchase that clearly proved the damage was present on their lot. What is most disappointing is the complete absence of customer goodwill. Not once did management attempt to go above and beyond, nor did they offer any gesture—such as a complimentary maintenance service—to compensate for the significant time and inconvenience this caused me. This experience completely destroyed my trust in this establishment. Because of their poor handling of the situation, my wife—who was actively looking at a 2026 Rubicon on their lot—decided to take her business elsewhere. We purchased her new vehicle from a competitor who understands accountability and customer respect. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you expect transparency and professional service.

2 months agoHad a great experience at the dealership. Went in wanting to trade my old vehicle for a vehicle I saw online. I drove over 3 hours to go see it. At first wasn't able to get the vehicle I saw online but the friendly staff from cdjr was able to find me an amazing deal and get me and my family into a brand new 2026 chrysler pacific. Thank you juan for your great service. Thank you sonny. Thank you guys all. We love the new van and highly recommend choosing your new vehicle here.

3 months agoEveryone was great at FCDJR and provided great service and helped me find the truck I was looking for. Wilbert and Juan in sales really took care of me and were super friendly and knowledgeable. After everything was finalized, Bunny did an amazing job helping me get very familiar with the truck and showing the ins and outs of the infotainment and app. Thank you!
