  I recently purchased my 6th and 7th Ford F-150 from Gallatin Ford, and once again the experience was outstanding. Jacob Lichtenstrahl and Jacob Maged were both professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with throughout the entire process. They listed to my requests and met me where I wanted to be. They made everything smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Their customer service and commitment to taking care of their customers are the reasons I keep coming back. I highly recommend Gallatin Ford and the entire team! I especially want to recognize Jacob Lichtenstrahl and Jacob Maged for getting my deal done. Go see the two Jacob’s !

  Salesman was honest and upfront. Finance manager worked hard to find what I wanted and what fit my budget. They got me out of a car that I was upside down on and got me into a way better situation. From now on I’ll be buying all my cars from Gallatin Ford!!!

  Great experience. Brought my 2021 Mach 1 in for service and they had me in and out in no time. Nathaniel was very straight forward and I received a video message from the Kyle, the tech, about some details about my car. Both guys were very informative and were very easy to work with. Super smooth process and very much appreciated. They even parked my car in shade for me for when I picked it up.

  I went to Gallatin Ford's website to just look around. And afterwards, Matthew gave me a call, we had a great conversation. He is definitely a great person. And a good salesman. We made an appointment to I meet with him on Saturday as soon as we walked in the door and we met with him. They were really nice and let us take the car out to get some lunch. And think about the purchase. Definitely, no pressure.
