  I live in Missoula and I just bought a 2026 Forester Premium from Gallatin Subaru. My primary sales contact throughout much of the process was Ryan Crum (it was initially Max Carr, but Max no longer works for the dealership). I never felt any pressure whatsoever during the buying process and Gallatin Subaru's Best Price Policy is what drove me to take my business to Bozeman. Also want to give shout outs to Erik Damon (sales manager) and Mia Leandro (Love Encore Specialist) for being so helpful. I was treated exceptionally well by this team and if I wanted to buy from them in the future, I would not hesitate to do so.

  The best experience I've had pre, during and post buying a vehicle. Byran (Goose) was responsive and answered all of our questions, even recording videos of starting, panel lights etc prior to making the decision to drive from Helena to test drive. Easy to work with on the purchase including the finance department and Jared. They offered to deliver our car to Helena once it was detailed and had the windshield replaced. They even offered to take it to my preferred mechanic the day after we inked the deal to do a pre purchase inspection and Bryan drove it there for me. Awesome dude, great expereince. Please reach out to Bryan if you are in the market to buy a car, he'll take care of you.

  Easily the best car buying experience EVER! Ryan Crum and his team were friendly, respectful and exerted zero pressure. Felt more like dealing with a friend than a dealership. Great deal and great service. Was in and out inside of 3 hours. Thanks again!!!

  This dealership deserves less than zero as I witnessed behaviors that were hard to describe. The people who work there including supervisors are unprofessional and purely superficial and materialistic. Bad experience in summer 2024 working with Ian and his supervisors at the time. I was about to purchase a used vehicle and backed off of the deal. I went back to look at another car and was kicked out of the dealership on grounds that I failed to understand. I guess appearance, gender and their limited petty and ignorant perceptions and thick prejudices had something to do with it. That was clear :Little minds with a lot of power and no civility. Their attitude lacked a basic sense of civility and human decency. Not just Ian but the entire crew of supervisors who were there that day (summer of 2024) and who supported Ian. . I would stay away from this awful dealership. And we had purchased a car from them a couple of years prior to that incident. This is how they do business. Subarus have the reputation of having serious issues with their gaskets anyway.
