  I had an excellent experience with Galleria BMW and wanted to recognize the outstanding service from their team. Jacob Martin in sales was extremely helpful throughout the custom order process for my BMW i4. He made everything simple and kept me informed, even providing my production number so I could track the build online, which I really appreciated. When the car arrived, Jacob ensured everything moved smoothly and connected me with Benjamin Sutphin in finance so we could complete the paperwork quickly via Zoom. Benjamin was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy. I’d also like to thank Ryan Light for helping me get started with the BMW Electrify America promotion and providing helpful information after delivery. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend Galleria BMW.

  I'm a very hard person to please ... and probably the most difficult customer. I'm fully aware of that which is why I usually wait a while to post reviews. With that said... I took delivery of my X5 50e almost a year ago. The deal I received was excellent and Galleria even delivered the X5 to me (I do not live in Mississippi). Mr. Shane Dusang (seller) and Mandy Myers (finance) were a pleasure to work with. As I said, I'm difficult to work with but they were outstanding in alleviating various concerns I had. I also recently worked with Cody Bowman in purchasing an extended warranty and he was also a pleasure to work with and secured me a great deal on the warranty. I checked around a few dealers and was kind of amazed of the differences in cost...for the same warranty. I've never met these three in person ... but I have zero complaints with them or Galleria BMW. In the future if I'm looking for another BMW, that will be the first place I call .. even though they are over 200 miles away.

  I had an outstanding experience working with Cody Bowman while purchasing my Fidelity Platinum Vehicle Service Contract. Cody was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain all of my coverage options in detail, answered every question honestly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision without ever making me feel pressured. His customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping me find the best protection for my vehicle.   I had the best customer service experience of my life. Cody was incredibly patient and took the time to answer every question I had about the official BMW extended warranty. Before I signed the contract, Ava personally called me to triple-check that everything was accurate and that I fully understood the coverage. They make an outstanding team. I live in Arizona, and we completed the entire process online without a single issue. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle or an official BMW extended warranty and want to feel supported every step of the way, I truly believe Galleria BMW is the best place to do it.

  Have to say I had an incredible experience at Galleria BMW. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. Cody is legit. He was very knowledgeable in all service and protection packages. His information on extended warranties, maintenance packages and multi coverage protection was helpful in creating the right bundle for me. He made it very clear and was straightforward and upfront. Very happy we connected.
