  Joe Albanese made my in-store purchase the smoothest I have ever experienced. I not only was able to get the exact vehicle that I wanted (2026 EV9 GT line, Wolf Grey/Black roof with Brown/Black interior), they accepted the deal I proposed and got me in and out in under 90mins.   I had such an amazing experience working with David at Gateway Kia. The process was so easeful and as soon as I found the car I loved, everything fell into place. David was fun and easy to work with, as was everyone else at the dealership. I’m so in love with my new Kia (Sportage S Hybrid in Wolf Gray) and all of the amazing features it has — such an incredible value for the price!

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my brand new 2026 Kia Sorento at Gateway Kia, all thanks to Junior and Sal. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. Junior was incredibly knowledgeable about the Sorento and took the time to walk me through all the features, answering every question with patience and clarity. Sal made the financing process smooth and stress-free, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand and making sure I felt confident every step of the way. What really stood out was their honesty and transparency. There was no pressure, just great customer service and a team that truly cares about their customers. They went above and beyond to make sure I left happy, and I absolutely did.   Just had my second service done on my Kia Telluride, including a wheel alignment, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. DJ took care of me and was fantastic — friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. The work was done on time and the car drives perfectly now. It’s service advisors like DJ that make me confident in bringing my Telluride back here every time. Highly recommend this Kia service center!

  I'm detailing the bait and switch business practice I experienced from the Gateway Kia Team today. The FTC and Attorney General needs to conduct an audit or full investigation into how they are conducting business. I am not sure if they thought I was uneducated but hearing them go through all of the following 'switch' tactics prohibited under consumer protection and unfair trade laws was insane. 1.) Advertised a product, service, or price to attract customers. 2.)Had little or no intention of providing the advertised offer under reasonable conditions. 3.)Pressured, misled, or redirected customers toward a different offering. All of which I can provide proof of. I will be filing a complaint to the Attorney General but if anyone else in the North Brunswick area encountered the same issue, let me know. I am happy to join a civil lawsuit. They sent me an advertising to buy my EV (very attractive pricing). Once I got there it quickly became clear they had no intentions of buying my car back even though it was in excellent condition and my payoff amount was lower than their buyback amount. Instead the salesperson redirected towards a different offering and tried to devalue my brand new car (don't worry, I wasn't offended because I knew it was a lie). He then proceeded to tell me that his marketing agency doesn't know what they doing and keeps printing these great offers that they do not want to or intend to honor, "that why there are so many legalese on back". I know how disclaimers and legalese work. I ensured I met every criteria before leaving the house. The interaction wasn't mean or rude, the team seemed nice. However the business practices they are engaging in, is PROHIBITED.
