  I recently purchased a “new to me” 2024 Chevy Trax from KIA Gateway in Warrington, and I have to say—it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. This was also my first time going through the whole process completely on my own—no husband by my side—so it felt like a pretty big “big girl” purchase moment for me! I had been searching for a small SUV similar to my previous one, but wanted something a little different—especially in color—and this one checked all the boxes. Dino initially reached out to me online and struck the perfect balance: helpful and responsive without being pushy. When I came into the showroom, the car was already detailed and ready for a test drive—no waiting around, no wasted time. Dino introduced me to the finance manager, Mike Greco, and funny enough, we realized we went to high school together—so we spent a few minutes catching up! Both Dino and Mike made the process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. They answered all my questions and worked through everything with ease. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere felt genuinely positive—more like a team than the typical competitive dealership vibe. I left feeling confident and excited about my purchase—and of course, I couldn’t resist stopping by Ron’s work to surprise him and get his stamp of approval too !! The great service didn’t stop there. Dino followed up a few days later to check in, and today—almost a week later—I received a thank-you note AND brownies welcoming me to the KIA family. That kind of personal touch really stood out to me. I’ve bought cars from many dealerships over the years—Ford, Jeep, Nissan, Volvo, Chevy—but this was the first time I’ve ever received something like that. KIA Gateway truly went above and beyond, not just in sales but in customer service. Highly recommend KIA Gateway in Warrington—be sure to ask for Dino or my old friend Mike.   Everyone at Gateway was AMAZING! I’ve often had experiences at dealerships where the salesperson was hard to talk to, there were hidden fees, or there was hesitation around being transparent. Mike, the manager, made this experience incredible for me. I live over an hour away and was interested in a used vehicle they had. He was willing to work with me over the phone on both the vehicle and my trade-in because of my long drive. It made my visit to the dealership so easy! All I had to do was test drive the car and sign the paperwork. Even when I got there, Cass, the salesperson who helped finalize the paperwork, was amazing. The atmosphere here is incredible — everyone is very friendly and outgoing. I’m still in awe of how great this experience was. It was a breath of fresh air after a somewhat stressful couple of months of car shopping. Mike and I were able to make a deal within a few hours, and just a couple of hours later, I was driving my new car home! There was no games or back-and-forth — they truly value each customer regardless of the situation. Everyone’s willingness to help with all the moving parts of this deal made everything so easy. Thank you! I can’t thank Mike and Cass enough. I totally recommend coming to Gateway Kia!

  Had the opportunity to work with Cassandra and she is amazing! Cass and her team worked with me through plenty of back-and-forth negotiation 😅 but ultimately we landed on a great price for a great car. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. The warranty is also hard to beat, 100,000 miles or 10 years of powertrain coverage. Overall, I’m very happy with the car and the team at Gateway. Lastly credit to Kia for making a car that looks this good

  Update: 2 1/2 weeks later all is good and taken care of. The new GM, Drew Pearlman is amazing and Kia is lucky to have him onboard. Drew got answers for me and took care of all the annoyances and incompletions. Gateway is getting there. Bought extended warranty on my new 2025 telluride. … No one told me or gave me info about if it was needed, how it was to be used, or even if I would receive more info. explaining the plan particulars. I was told the 10 year warranty from my 2021 telluride is transferable to a new owner from 3 people at the dealership, but they’re checking to be sure. Still haven’t heard back. Was speaking with the finance gentleman and told him I also had a service question. I was told he’d have service to get right back to me… never heard from them all day. Wasn’t happy how my new purchase was cleaned.

  My sales person Cassie was amazing, she was low pressure And answered all of my questions. Even the financing and signing all the paperwork was easy. I definitely recommend gateway Kia and ask for Cassie.
