  By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Our sales rep Brian Muñoz was extremely helpful, honest, and truly went the extra mile to help get my deal done. I was given a very fair value for my trade in and a great deal on a new car for my fiancee. 10 out of 10 would recommend and definitely would shop here again.

  Was thinking about trading my Telluride in for New Sportage. Stopped at Gay Kia and met the Great Dr. Mike Dotson. He helped me figure out what I wanted and gave me plenty of room with no pressure. Gay Kia gave me top dollar on my trade and also great price on exactly what I wanted. Great dealership with great staff. Highly recommend Gay Kia and the Great Dr. Mike Dotson.

  I’ll be completely honest and transparent. When I first walked in, the experience was frustrating and to put it lightly, a headache. My initial impression was not great and it almost made me walk away from the dealership entirely. My aunt who was with me voiced maybe I should come back with more assistance. I felt like the willingness to help serve me was not there. However, after reaching out to the manager, Steve, everything changed. Steve went above and beyond to make things right. He personally got involved, brought in another team member to assist(Vidal) and together they walked me through every step of the process( FaceTime, text messages and personal calls). They kept me informed, explained the services thoroughly and made sure every concern was addressed. Steve went above and beyond to make things right. What really stood out was the managements commitment to customer service. Personally, followed up throughout the process and when everything was finalized, they were waiting out front with the keys to a fully detailed vehicle and a full tank of gas. Even my guest that went back with me during the final transaction, treated with quality service. Aside from stillllll waiting on the spare key to be over nighted. Everything has been great. While the process didn’t start the way I had hoped, Steve and Vidal completely turned the experience around. The professionalism, communication and dedication to making things right are the reason I’m leaving a 5-star review. Thank you for going the extra mile and making sure I drove away in the perfect vehicle.

  Mr. Steve and Benny made a very reasonable deal for me that I felt so good about! It makes me glad to recommend their business because they deserve it. They truly care about the customer, what they are looking for in a vehicle, and making it work as best as they can financially. They are easy going, listen to you, and make the process as smooth as i have ever had at any vehicle dealership. I left feeling for like a family member.

  Fantastic experience. We were treated with respect and transparency through the entire process. I felt that Austin, Patrick B, Dillan D and Christian were a breeze to work with, professional but genuinely friendly. This was honestly the best car buying experience we've ever had. A+
