  I recently purchased a Genesis GV70 3.5T Prestige, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. The team provided excellent hospitality and made everything easy, with no pressure at any point. I was especially impressed that they were able to secure the exact spec I wanted—perfect color combination and options. I also felt I received a very fair deal.   10/10 experience all around. From start to finish, the team at Genesis of Brooklyn made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The staff is absolute class — Jabari, Emanuel, Mike, and Butch all went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and never pressured. One of the things that stood out most was the time they took to walk me through every aspect of the vehicle. In an era where so much technology is packed into modern cars, having dedicated one-on-one time with someone who truly understands the product was invaluable. They patiently explained the features, settings, safety systems, and technology in a way that was easy to understand, making sure I left feeling confident and excited rather than overwhelmed. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for the brand really set them apart. Leasing/buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but this felt more like working with people who genuinely wanted me to have the best possible experience.   I just picked up my new 2026 GV70 3.5T Advanced Sport SUV lease at Genesis of Brooklyn at 80 39th St. last night, and Jabari Miller the finance manager went above and beyond to make sure that every one of my needs & wants were satisfied down to even installing some of my accessories himself to get me the exact model I wanted. He also generously accommodated my late work hours schedule coming from NYC and picked me up at the 36th St N subway just before closing time and stayed after hours with me until everything was ready so I can drive my beautiful GV70 home. I look forward to working with Jabari and the Genesis of Brooklyn team in the coming years. I’m pretty sure I will now be a Genesis customer for life! So far I’ve had nothing short of an amazing experience and find enormous value in this quality luxury car brand! You get so much more included for the money you spend on a technologically state of the art, 5 star safety rated vehicle! I recommend going in to see Jabari & his sales team at Genesis of Brooklyn without hesitation, mention my name to them if my review helped encourage to personally sway & refer you! PS their indoor Zen garden, modern luxury lounge seating and automatic coffee/snack bar areas are one of the most comfortably accommodating and luxurious I have seen!

  If I could give this dealership 15 stars, I absolutely would. I’ve visited many Genesis dealerships across the tri‑state area, and this one stands in a league of its own. The showroom is chic, modern, and truly reflects a luxury brand.But what really sets this place apart is the people. My entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Nick deserves a huge shout‑out — he was already coordinating everything for me on Sunday, even though the dealership was closed. When I arrived on Monday, my car was ready, detailed, and the paperwork was already prepared. Patrick and Jabari also deserve major recognition. They handled all of my paperwork efficiently and professionally, and made sure the car was fully set for delivery. I’ve dealt with dealerships my whole life, and this team has set a new standard. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future.As a professional engineer, I know what true professionalism looks like — and this team embodies it. Thank you for an exceptional experience.
