  My experience was amazing! My salesperson Gina really made things happen when waiting for the service dept to get things done. She made sure my GV70 got new tires, buffed out scratches and fixed the wheels. She even gifted me a brand new bottle of leather conditioner! Shes honestly the best and I would recommend asking for her when buying your Genesis!

  I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2026 Genesis GV70 from Genesis of Cherry Hill. From the very first online conversation, with Brianna, to the moment I drove off the lot, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Joe Stuper was exceptional — responsive, patient, and incredibly professional. He handled every detail remotely, respected my time, and made sure the numbers were clear and accurate before I ever stepped foot in the dealership. It’s rare to find a salesperson who combines efficiency with true customer care, and Joe delivered both. The finance process was equally seamless. Everything was explained clearly, there were no surprises, and the paperwork matched exactly what we had agreed to.   Fantastic experience at Genesis of Cherry Hill! We recently purchased an SUV for my wife and we couldn't be happier with how smooth and enjoyable the entire process was. Niger was an exceptional salesperson-extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, friendly and genuinely focused on great service. Every one of our questions was answered thoroughly via email or in-person, and neither of us ever felt rushed or pressured. Working with Niger was truly a pleasure, and this dealership exceeded our expectations, from purchasing experience, enjoyable snacks and coffee, and the modern space (see photos) . We would 100% purchase from Genesis of Cherry Hill again and would highly recommend them to friends and family looking for a top-notch car-buying experience.

  As an out-of-state buyer, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience with Genesis of Cherry Hill. Ben Trotenberg was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from before I even arrived all the way through delivery day. He stayed in contact, kept me updated on the car, answered every question I had, and made sure I knew exactly what I needed beforehand to make everything go smoothly once I got there. One thing that really stood out to me was that they were willing to hold the car for nearly two weeks without even asking for a deposit, which gave me a lot of confidence in the dealership from the start. Once I arrived, Ben made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. Overall, great experience, great communication, and great customer service.   Brian Han and the team are absolutely FANTASTIC. They helped my mother lease her dream GV70 and she couldn’t be happier. They were patient, kind and listened to what she wanted and where she needed to be. From the minute you walk through the front door to taking delivery of your vehicle, Genesis truly knows what the luxury car buying experience should be and Brian executed this process flawlessly.
