“I would say this was my favorite experience when buying a car. I talked with Noah the first time into the dealership and he was great. Let him know that I was not looking to buy right away, but never had been in Genesis before. He took a good deal of time showing me the SUV options and letting me get a feel of them in the showroom. Not pressured to take a test drive or anything. Gave my contact information to him and he was very respectful of my time and didn’t continue calling g back all the time. He just let me be and followed up after a decent amount of time. After probably 6 months, I wanted to start driving the ones I had as a Maybe, so I came back to Noah and he went through much of what I had forgot and we test drove the GV70 and GV80. The 80 is a tremendously nice vehicle, and was priced like it, but that was the car I wanted! Fun to drive while such a nice level of luxury! Over another week, Noah followed up and answered my calls and questions, and on the day to decide on this car or another, I was happy to meet with the GM, Robert. He helped get it across the finish line. I was very happy to do business with both of them. And hope to send others to them as well. Justin and Allona were both also nice and helpful.
