  I love my telluride so much I bought it twice! 🥰🥰 If you are looking to purchase a car go in and ask for “AARON”!!! Big BIG shout out to Aaron for being patient with me during my little over a month journey of helping me find another telluride that fit my budget and needs for my family. He was very personable and knowledgeable! Another Big BIG shout out to Duane for walking me through the financial part and answering all questions that I had before sealing the deal. I WOULD NOT have been able to make this purchase without the both of you. Thank you SOOOOO Much again! Out with the old, in with the new!

  I had an excellent experience at Gerald Kia of Matteson when purchasing my 2027 Kia Seltos. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions, explained my options clearly, and worked hard to make the deal happen. I appreciated that they were transparent and kept me informed every step of the way. The vehicle delivery process was smooth, and the team took the time to ensure I understood all of the features of my new vehicle.   The team (Dillon, Ciara, Duane) at Gerald KIA of Matteson is outstanding! They set the tone the minute I walked through the door. Welcoming, genuine smiles, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Importantly, I have health issues and indicated that I need to be in and out in 30-minutes. The team had everything ready beforehand and made it happen. The 2027 KIA Telluride is a great vehicle and I highly recommend Gerald KIA of Matteson and, especially, the team I worked with for an amazing car buying experience! Kevin

  Just picked up my new 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige and had a great experience at the dealership. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and much easier than I expected. A big thank you to Sales Manager Duane Jackson and sales representative Sam Atef for being professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions clearly, worked with me on the lease terms, and made sure everything was handled efficiently without pressure. I also really appreciated the extra care they took explaining the matte paint maintenance and including the complimentary unlimited car washes for 2 years. Highly recommend asking for Duane and Sam if you’re shopping for a new Kia!

  Excellent service from Nico D!! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and kept me up to date with the progress. I was there for an oil change and recall. I love my KIA Optima! And, Gerald KIA in Matteson is AWESOME too!! The staff are friendly too!
