  Was planning on bringing our car in for an oil change today; contemplating on looking for something bigger. Cade Homerding found us the perfect upgrade for the family. Then we met with our financing manager Dan Voltz. Dan was able to not only meet, but exceed the numbers we were shooting for. Both were personable, helpful, and direct. Big change of pace in comparison to previous dealers I’ve worked with. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

  I recently purchased a vehicle (2018 Ford Fusion Se FWD) from Gerald Kia in North Aurora, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. It had been a while since I last bought a car, but the team made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. Since I live about an hour away, they were kind enough to send me the vehicle history report and a full quote before I even made the drive out, which I really appreciated. Jack, our salesman, personally called to introduce himself and had the vehicle ready and waiting when we arrived. He was very friendly, welcoming, and even offered complimentary beverages while we were there. During the paperwork process, we worked with Emir, the finance manager, who was also incredibly friendly and professional. He had everything prepared ahead of time, and what normally feels like a long process had us in and out in 15 minutes or less. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend Gerald Kia in North Aurora. Be sure to ask for Jack in sales and Emir in finance — you won’t regret it!

  Shout out to my salesman Brett Jensen and financial advisor Amir for a wonderful and successful experience on buying my first brand new Kia sportage hybrid S and my first brand new car in general. They were very nice, professional yet polite and not pushy. Was able to work some deals. Thanks again! Love it so much!!!

  I recently purchased a 2027 Jade Green Telluride Hybrid and could not be more pleased. Our sales person Martin Martinez was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient with us through the buying process. We ended up ordering exactly what we wanted and waited roughly three weeks which was about half the time that was stated it might take. Martin kept us updated throughout the process and we could not be more pleased with how the entire purchase was handled by Martin and his team. I've attached a picture with Martin and the car.
