  What fantastic people and service! I called to ask if a used car was still available. Skyler said it was and asked when we would like to come drive it He had the car ready and waiting for the test drive when we got there! It was a very relaxed, no pressure experience- we couldn't be happier! Even though it was used, the car was impeccable! Definitely will visit Skyler at Lexus again!

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Germain Lexus! From the moment we stepped onto the lot—literally within seconds—Skylar, our Sales Consultant, was there to warmly greet us and make us feel welcome. Skylar was everything you could hope for: professional, friendly, and genuinely relatable. They better keep him around! He made the entire process feel comfortable and pressure-free, and it was clear he truly cared about helping us find the right car rather than just making a sale. They even pulled up the 2018 Mazda6 Reserve quickly so we could check it out right away. What really stood out was the level of personal attention from the whole team. The Manager, Bryan, came out early on to introduce himself and shake all of our hands, which was a great touch. After everything was finalized, he came back again to congratulate me and personally thank us—another handshake included. Thank you! A big shoutout as well to JB, the Master Certified Business Manager. He was truly awesome—intelligent, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made the financing process feel easy and even enjoyable. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, fast, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend Germain Lexus to anyone looking for a top-notch car buying experience!

  We’ve always had a phenomenal experience when purchasing from Germain Lexus! Tanesha is fantastic - prompt, helpful, knowledgeable. Her sales acumen is everything you’d expect, want, and need when thinking about a vehicle that will fit your family and lifestyle. The entire Germain team is in complete lockstep, making the end to end process smooth and seamless. Expectations should be high when purchasing luxury and Germain consistently exceeds expectation. Lexus has a high net promoter score for a reason and at Germain I can always tell why, I’d recommend them every time and will likely never divert from the brand.

  My experience at Lexus Germain was the best I have ever had at a car dealership. I was working with Jack Weir long distance. He was the best he was efficient with corresponding. He was friendly helpful and professional. He made sure I had the best purchasing experience. I truly felt he cared. CiCi in financing was a delight she was very helpful. I loved everyone was considerate of my time.

  Stephen and Basel were fantastic. From shopping to pricing top knot h. Low pressure store that worked with us at our pace the entire time. Worth the drive into Columbus for the price and experience. JB got us through finance with a breeze. Best dealer experience in Ohio. Thank you! Even complete paperwork while we fed our son in the customer lounge.
