  I came back to this dealership because I had a good experience buying here before, and again the manager and salesman were great to work with. The purchase itself went smoothly, and I had no complaints with the sales process. My only issue was with the detailing. The dealership closed before it could be done, despite me being there for hours, which I understood. I came back another day as requested, waited over an hour and a half, and when I got the vehicle back it was clear it had not been properly detailed. That part was very disappointing, especially after making another long trip. Overall, the buying experience was good, but the follow through on the detailing did not match the level of service I expected. I feel a little disrespected to be honest. I don't know if it's because the car was already sold so it wasn't important to them or they just thought only sticker residue needed to be removed but it definitely wasn't even close to what a detail should be. I wish I would've inspected it closer to let someone know before I left the lot.

  I had a really good experience (overall) buying a vehicle from Gettel. I was texting back and forth for a month with Jen looking for something that fit my needs and budget. Finally when I drove from Naples to look at it, I was introduced to Michael McLaughlin who was really smart and slick but it is always better to deal with someone who knows what he is doing. At the end of the day I am happy with my purchase and I have a good vehicle for the price I paid.

  Very pleasant car buying experience which I don't normally say. The sales rep was very pleasant.Listen to me, answered my questions.And we came to a mutually agreeable deal. The Finance department was awesome.She was very patient and explaining everything to me. All in all a good experience.

  My buying experience was good when I bought my 3rd Ram 3500 from the same Gettle dealership. The truck now has 7100 miles it has had at least five recalls and at no time have I been able to get a courtesy vehicle to get myself back home. I bought the new truck because I need a truck every day for work, that did not work out because it is scheduled to go up again on the 29th, but they don’t have the parts for the recall.This morning it wouldn’t start or come out of park. Called the service center but got no help. I’ve asked several times to talk to someone in management but they are NEVER available. Last truck I buy from Gettle. No 5 star rating from me. RAM means Recall Almost Monthly
