  I had an outstanding car-buying experience from start to finish! Jimmy was an excellent salesman—friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. A big thank you to Ruben, the sales manager, for making everything come together so smoothly. He was professional, transparent, and made the entire buying process quick and stress-free. It's refreshing to work with a dealership that truly values its customers. I highly recommend asking for Jimmy and Ruben if you're looking for a great car-buying experience. I'll definitely be back for my next vehicle!

  After 3 months of searching for the right car. I purchased my first jeep, a 2022 cherokee latitude lux in May 2025. 7 year warranty, price was VERY reasonable. I Was out the door with a new car within 4 1/2 hours. I've had this jeep for 5 months now and I am extremely happy with this purchase. Thanks to the team for hearing my concerns, questions and reasoning for a comfortable and affordable monthly payments as well.

  I had never purchased a vehicle from Ellis Dodge before, but they’ve been in business for a long time so I wasn’t concerned about doing business with them. This new vehicle purchasing experience was by far the easiest, smoothest, and enjoyable that I have experienced. The entire transaction was done over the phone and the vehicle was delivered to my home. The salesperson (Dvin) made my experience very smooth. The vehicle I was interested in was in stock and Dvin provided me with the different purchase options over the phone as well as the trade in $ amount for my vehicle without having to bring it in for an appraisal. Their offer was reasonable and it was inline with other offers I had received so I knew it was a reasonable offer. Once we agreed on my trade in value and we agreed on a purchase (leasing) option, Dvin sent me the necessary paperwork online to complete. Once everything was finalized with the Finance Department (over the phone), Dvin prepared the vehicle for delivery and delivered it directly to my home which is about 40 miles from the dealership. We signed all the paperwork at my home and Dvin took possession of my trade in and drove it back to the dealership. The entire transaction was conveniently done from beginning to end over the phone and finalized in my home. This was the most pleasant vehicle shopping experience I had ever experienced. Another thing that I liked about Ellis Dodge, is that unlike other dealerships that add a bunch of hidden overpriced dealer installed items to their vehicles, Ellis Dodge did not. The vehicle was exactly as described online. I’m glad I contacted Ellis Dodge and I am very pleased with the entire purchase process and experience. Dvin was a pleasure to work with and he followed up with me to ensure everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend Ellis Dodge and Dvin to friends and family. Keep up the good work!

  I brought my 2024 Jeep Wrangler in for a recall on October 20th, 2025. I was told they didn't know how long it would take and it ended up being over a week. Since this location doesn't even offer rental cars anymore (VERY poor customer service on that decision), I had to front the $800 bill for a rental car to get the recall taken care of. But don't worry! They have a sign that shows you how to be reimbursed! You can see the sign they have below as to who you need to call. NO WHERE on this sign does it say that I need to call while I'm at the dealership to get approval for a rental car. NO WHERE!!!! It also doesn't say that I need to call that number while my Jeep is being worked on. NO WHERE!! After they were done with my Jeep, I called the number, I submitted the dealership paperwork and the receipt for the rental car. Then I was told that I was denied for reimbursement because I did not call while I dropped off my car. I called the service manager at this dealership and was basically told "this is not my problem and there is nothing I can do about it, it has nothing to do with me. You just need to talk to someone else." He also proceeded to tell me "I have thousands of people that come here and have to get rental cars, and there has never been an issue." Super great customer service huh? Place the blame on the customer, as if I am an idiot, since your sign doesn't state I have to call that number while I drop off my jeep. So I did, I called their "customer care" department again and they REFUSED to let me to speak to a supervisor or anyone else other than the case manager. They wouldn't even let me talk to the case manager, you can only email her!!!!!! They said the case manager already made the decision and it can not be changed. This dealership is a PRIVATE business (aka they can make their own decisions on how to treat people and take care of them) I also drove all the way from Sherman Oaks to go to this one because I heard they were the "good

  If I could give this dealership 0 stars I definitely would. My boyfriend took his car to get fixed due to the engine light coming on. After it being "fixed", one week later the light came back on again. The mechanic from the dealership told him to bring it in and that he would fix it at no cost since he already had paid for it to be fixed a week ago. One month later his car is still being fixed and he has spend $2,500 on car rental. He asked numerous times about getting some time of reimbursement or a rental from the dealership since his car had been in the shop for such a long time. He was always told no, there was nothing they can do to help. It wasn't until he left a bad review and was told by a customer service representative that he may be able to get a reimbursement. With that being said, he tried to get in touch with the manager in 3 different occasions and was always told the manager would give him a call back. He finally received a call back after a week and to his disappointment the manager was no help. According to the manager, who stated her name was Mik, my boyfriend was suppose to apply for a reimbursement while his car was in the shop getting fixed. He told Mik that he asked numerous times about some type of help and was always told there was nothing they can do about it. You would think that after purchasing three cars from this dealership they would provide some type of help, whether it was a reimbursement or free oil changes or something to satisfy the customer. But unfortunately Mik said there was nothing she can do even though it was her staff who failed to inform my boyfriend of the reimbursement policy even when he specifically asked for some type of help. I hope this review helps other people from this headache and helps make them think twice before purchasing and/or getting their car fixed at this dealership.
