  The amount of care and commitment from Glendale Nissan was above and beyond fun and caring. Saul was amazing and quick on his feet. Manager Vito was terrific and like the uncle you always want to have in your corner. Kim in finance was kind and so funny. Just an amazing experience and when it’s time for another upgrade, we know where we will be going! We bought two cars and received great deals!!

  Went in for an oil change and a vibration issue, like a plastic cover being loose. They charged me $99 just to look for the vibration. They lifted up the car to replace the oil and found 2/3 clips missing from an underbody cover. That was the vibration and took them 5 minutes to replace the clips. Still charged me $99 plus the clips!!! A car with no damage underneath with 22,000 miles. Lack of customer support and a useless charge. I’ve purchased 4 Nissans.$99 Should have been written off. Been there before many times. This really disappointed me. I see a response below. Who do I call or text about this?

  We had a great experience at Nissan dealer in Glendale Heights North Avenue. We had a wonderful young caring gentlemen who navigated us through two cars that we were looking at. We ended up buying a used 24 Chrysler Pacifica touring everyone at the facility had a caring attitude and kind and helped us through. Yes at this point we are happy thank you Nissan. No hassles listen to what we wanted and followed through. Everyone was kind there. Good experience thank you.

  Jason was an excellent salesperson, knowledgeable and friendly. The entire process - from showing up at the dealership, test driving, negotiating a fair price and completing the transaction - took less than 2hrs. Happy with my new truck and would do business here again. Would recommend this shop to anyone in the market.

  So we picked up our new car at Glendale last night and the whole experience for us was fatastic. Tim, the manager was great, Kim in finance got our paperwork done without any issues or over the top efforts to sell us extras. Then Saul the sales guy was just incredible at going over the car and the literal endless tech it has. After visiting other dealers to get a Pathfinder, this was the best price, great financing and an experience without the typical car sales BS.
