  Our salesman Thomas Rose was very helpful getting the process started to buy or first brand new vechile. Thank you Thomas. The finace department also went out of their way to offer the terms we were looking for and to get the payment where we wanted it to be. It was a great and speedy process. Top notch dealer.

  The whole team at Glenn CDJR were amazing to deal with. First time purchasing through a dealership.   Drove several hours to look at this CTSV. Put a down payment on it a week prior due to scheduling that worked for myself and the dealership. After making the drive to get a car that has been “thoroughly checked and serviced” I find out that the transmission is junk. It’s a used car I get it. Price wasn’t right, but it was average. Miles average. Nothing was super special about the car. Just something I personally wanted. I made what I felt to be a reasonable offer on it after sitting there and pricing parts with the salesman. Was then laughed at and told the car needed a slave cylinder. Anyone could clearly drive the car or listen to it from the passenger seat and tell that was not the case. Not saying the dealership as a whole is bad, but my experience wasn’t great. Again, used car. We know the risk. But was very misinformed prior to making the trip. Was refunded my deposit.

  After unexpectedly being in need of a new car, we were referred to Nick at Glenn CDJR and stopped by with a couple of ideas in mind. Nick guided us to something better than we initially were thinking of at a much better deal. Nick, Al, and the team did a fabulous job taking care of us, were upfront through the process and got us in a vehicle we are so happy with within a few hours. We will definitely be back when we’re ready for our next vehicle!
