  Sales guy, finance guy and the car price were all absolutely fantastic. However, I really did not enjoy my conversation with the manager shortly after buying. I had to pay $450 out of my own pocket to fix something that broke within days after buying the car even though they represented the car still had full warranty coverage from the manufacturer for a repair that would've still been specifically under warranty. For this reason even though the process was smooth I have told all friends and family in ohio to avoid all Glocker dealerships.

  Bought a Corolla over the weekend. Their salesman Chris Marturello was phenomenal. No pressure, didn't try to upset us on anything unnecessary and made it a quick painless process. If you're looking for a new or used car call and ask for Chris

  I am very happy with my experience at Glockner of Portsmouth and my new Honda CRV. Mr Billy Crabtree was extremely helpful from the moment I called into the store. He got me into a vehicle that met all of my expectations in what I would say is record time! I am looking forward to doing more business with this team. Super impressed.

  Service department is deplorable. I have unfortunately had to take my vehicle there several times for various issues, with the best experiences being very, very slow, non communicative, with combative tones from various reps. I have purchased a brand new car there in 21 (I’d grade that experience a B-) and am in the market for another brand new vehicle now, though staff seemed to know nothing, or have any new inventory of what I’m interested in, was still giving them a chance at the sale. However with the most recent experience with the service department, I’m done with this place, representative (Adam) doesn’t belong in customer service, and my vehicle is still not fixed, which was there two separate occasions for the same issue and I’m not going to write a novel, just letting it be known the service department for dealer level service is as bad as it gets, both customer service and technical service.

  My husband and I had a wonderful experience when we purchased our Dodge Durango at Glockners of Portsmouth!! Our salesman Wayne Wolfenbarker really listened to our needs along with Mark Martin. Eric helped me get all the extras customized to my liking in the vehicle. We really appreciated the professionalism of Caleb Smith getting all our paperwork finalized. Just super people!! Thank you all!!
