  I have worked with Emily, Rebecca, and Brent as service writers, they have all been quick to help every time. The technician that worked on my vehicle was even kind enough to explain everything that was going on. Josh the service manager helped to make sure all diagnostics were done in order to make sure that my aftermarket warranty would pay for the repair. I am very grateful for the service departments help. As well I am grateful that Ginger helped explain my warranty to me and that I purchased it. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it has already been used! Thank you so much for everything.

  I DO NOT recommend buying a used vehicle from this dealer. I purchased a used truck 3 month ago. After 10 days it started displaying warning lights. 45 days after purchase it was in the shop 3 times for different issues, the last one was the transmission went out. Also found out that it wasn’t even the original engine. Not only was it not the original engine, but it is an engine that is not 100% compatible with the transmission. I contacted GM Butte with four different people, leaving several messages and nobody would return my call. The truck is still in the shop after one month needing over $5000 to rebuild the transmission. The extended warranty company will not pay for the transmission, citing gasket issue.. I bought the truck for $28,000, spent over $1,450.00 in car/truck rentals and before transmission issue $1,000 at the mechanic. These people don’t care. For those of you that purchase extended warranties, DO NOT let them add it on to your loan or you will be paying an extra $1,000 (approx) interest on a $4,300 warranty with long term loan. Pay separately. I asked to pay separately and they would not send me the agreement, so I had to go with another company.

  I’ve bought a few cars from Butte Auto over the years, and it’s always been a great experience! Last year my son bought his first car here, and today we bought my daughter’s first car. Our salesman, Ethan, was fantastic—friendly, patient, and professional. Even when I said no a few times on the price, he kept a smile on his face and worked with us without pressure. I would definitely recommend Ethan and Butte Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle!

  In the past we haven't had the BEST experience at Butte auto, but in March, and again yesterday, they were great. My husband decided to trade in his truck and found this Jeep. We test drove it with Connor, who was great. The process was much faster than buying a car usually is. No complaints! The Jeep looks great, and it's perfect to practice my photography with lol. 😊

  I ended up dealing with a young salesperson named, Ryan at GMC. Ryan was wonderful in explaining all of my questions, he was not pushy at all. I came back several times looking at this vehicle, researching and reaching out to Ryan to make make more inquires. He was pleasant and patient with me which I greatly appreciate. Most of all he was forth right and did not pull any punches. It is rare when you find a car salesman who has integrity, ethics and values. I will tell all of my friends to seek out Ryan if they are thinking about buying a car, he was fantastic and deserves a RAISE!!!
