  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I drove all the way from Knoxville, TN to Mount Vernon, OH to purchase my 2023 Jeep Wagoneer from Mount Vernon Chevrolet, and the experience was absolutely worth the trip. My salesman, Hunter Baxter, went above and beyond to make the deal happen. We handled most of the details over the phone, and he was responsive, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. He even offered to personaly deliver the vehicle to me, which showed how committed he was to earning my business. Hunter sent detailed videos of the Wagoneer, both inside and out, so I knew exactly what I was getting before making the drive. When I arrived, the vehicle was freshly washed, looked great, and even had a full tank of gas waiting for me. What impressed me most is that there were plenty of similar vehicles available at dealerships closer to home in Knoxville, but none of those dealers were willing to communicate, answer questions, or put in the effort to help. Hunter and the team at Mount Vernon Chevrolet did everything they could to make the process easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a dealership that values customer service and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Mount Vernon Chevrolet and Hunter Baxter.

  We brought my husband’s truck to this shop through an insurance-approved repair, expecting professional work and basic care for our vehicle. Instead, we got the complete opposite. While the truck was in their possession, it was damaged. New issues appeared that were not present when it was dropped off, including paint overspray on the rear windshield, a broken door handle, and a sanded down passenger side door but they never finished priming or painting it. Instead of owning the problem and making it right, the guy in the shop was dismissive and refused to properly resolve what they clearly caused. There is a serious lack of accountability and care for customers’ vehicles here. When you trust a repair shop—especially one handling insurance work—you expect responsibility and honesty. This place did not deliver either. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Take photos of your vehicle before you leave it anywhere near them, because you may need proof of what it looked like beforehand, which we luckily do have and insurance will be resolving this issue for us. Because even if they had agreed to fix it, they are untrustworthy and careless.

  Highly recommend this dealership. Working with James was a true pleasure, I bought my car without seeing in person and had delivered to me. James was extremely transparent and an exceptional communicator; I was well informed throughout the entire process making it a breeze to close the deal. Thanks again, James!

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Chevrolet GMC of Mount Vernon! Mark Hunnicut was an absolute pleasure to work with—such an incredible personality that made buying a new car genuinely fun and stress-free. “I’m one of the last honest car salesman, because I like to sleep with both eyes closed!” Tyler Carr sealed the deal by making the numbers work, and Seth Poland made the financing process an absolute breeze. This team worked seamlessly together and made the entire experience spectacular from start to finish. I am so thankful for the professionalism, transparency, and positive energy throughout the process.
