  ⭐ Review: “Broken Promises & Financial Mess” Headline: Great at delivery, terrible at integrity. Do not trust their promises. I’m extremely disappointed with [Dealership Name]. While the initial delivery experience looked polished, everything that followed has been a mess of poor communication and broken commitments. 🚫 Financial Negligence The dealership failed to pay off our trade‑in loan on time, forcing my son‑in‑law to make an additional payment on a vehicle he no longer owned just to protect his credit. Now he’s stuck waiting for a bank refund and dealing with unnecessary interest and late fees — all because the dealership sat on the paperwork for weeks. We also had to repeatedly contact them just to finalize the deposit, which made it clear they were completely disconnected from their own transaction. 🚫 Broken Promises When we took possession of the car, the dealership agreed to fix three specific items as part of the deal. Now that the sale is complete, their tone has shifted to a dismissive, “We’ll see if we can help.” These weren’t favors — they were conditions of the purchase. ⚠️ Bottom Line This dealership is all smoke and mirrors. They offer a “VIP” delivery to get your signature, but once they have your money, the communication stops and their promises suddenly become optional. Save yourself the stress and financial risk — choose a dealership that values honesty over a quick sale.

  Jonathan in the service department was very friendly and helpful. He told us he was purposely “over quoting “ the work to be done because of unknown time/parts costs. We were pleasantly surprised when it was slightly lower and he noticed that we were first responders and gave us an additional 20% discount. I told several of my coworkers about our experience and would recommend Riverfront Park GMC service. Thanks Jonathan!

  I love the people there. Very helpful ,polite. And do anything to make sure you and vehicle in ready to be driven home. 2 vehicle I purchased thru gmc. Loved both. . Would refuse anyone to purchase thru you.

  We had a great experience working with Kevin Travis. He was able to work with us patiently for several weeks to find exactly the Yukon we were looking for. We ended up coming up a bit more in price then we had planned but they worked with us. Kevin even dropped it off to us after work at my house and we signed from my house. Kevin made sure we were taken care of the whole way even coming in on his day off for some accessory's to be installed as he wanted to make sure we were taken care of. At no point did I feel pressured, which is almost always commen in dealerships. His demeanor and character will be getting him referrals from me and I know from many of others that work with him. I imagine this is exactly how the owner of this dealership wants his employees to treat their customers. I had a great experience, and now hope that my Yukon has a good life ahead with no problems. Also, side note, Cameron, who did the fiancing part was very knowledgeable and transparent during the stressful side of the buying process. He had quite a mechanical knowledge which is pleasant to speak with when covering warranties etc.

  If you are in the market for a new GMC this is the place to go! They always run phenomenal monthly specials that no other GM dealer in the area can compete with. This is the 3rd truck I have purchased from them and each time the experience gets that much better. Special shout out to David and Kobe in sales for making the deal land right where I needed it to be! You guys were rockstars! Also, Special shoutout to Allison in the business office for being patient with me and my many questions around warranty cancellations, licensing, and refunds. Thank you!
