  Majed Yousif sold me a new Toyota Camry today and did an excellent job throughout the process. He was efficient, professional, and easy to work with, especially for a customer like myself who knew exactly what I wanted beforehand. The transaction was straightforward and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend both Majed and this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

  Ashley was extremely helpful and accommodating. We called ahead to see if we could do a test drive and she gave us a time that was convenient for us. She greeted us when we got there, and helped us every step of the way. She was not pushy about the sale, but took her lead from us. She went out of her way to get the vehicle we were interested in and get it ready for us. She was personable and we had a great conversation while waiting for things to get done. Someone I could definitely see being friends with and we were blessed to have her as our salesperson.

  I worked with a great salesperson who was thorough, helpful, detail oriented, and found me a great car that she (Cassandra) helped special order. She got it done!!! The whole dealership was very welcoming and made me aware of additional costs and features without being pushy - very happy - will buy from her and Golling again!!!

  Absolutely abysmal customer service by the service department. Bought a used truck from them back in October with a full warranty that was allegedly inspected. Four months later I have a ball joint failure that resulted in heavy damage to my front suspension and the wheel literally breaking off the vehicle. I'm then told that only 70% of the repair is covered under my warranty and that I'm looking at a starting cost of over $13,000 in repairs. Mind you this number was given before the truck was even brought inside and inspected for further damage. After having it towed to a more trusted dealership and having it inspected I was told the cost of parts was quite literally half of what Golling was quoting me and that 90% of it would be covered by my extended warranty. And upon them inspecting the vehicle they discovered I didn't need nearly as many parts as what Golling told me, and found absolutely disgusting work done to the truck. I was told that the ball joints had been inspected prior to my purchase and I had pointed out my concerns of wear and tear before purchase. But I was assured that everything had been checked top to bottom, come to find out that my exhaust is being held together with a c-clamp. If that was missed during their inspection then I have zero reason to believe they actually inspected anything before putting the car up for sale. Whoever inspects these cars should be ashamed because had this happened while I was on the freeway I would likely be dead. Will never buy another vehicle from this place again.
