  Yesterday was my first time going here and my experience was amazing! Everyone was extremely nice. I was asked several times if I needed anything while I waited on my Durango. I had a couple of things I needed done, a noise I needed checked out, and things I wanted estimates to add and they were super quick and efficient. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and helped me pick the best options that would work for me. As if that wasn't good enough, I received a call from them this morning making sure I had been taken care of to my satisfaction. This is the kind of service that every shop should offer. I'm so glad I switched from my previous shop. I highly recommend Gordon CDJR and will continue to go here for anything else I need!

  Customer-Centric Service Gordon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram went above and beyond in how they treated us. In all my years visiting dealerships, this one has left the most positive impression—especially during an extremely challenging situation. My son and his friends were on their very first road trip, driving from Virginia Beach to Chicago. More than halfway there, his 2023 Jeep Compass started making a rattling noise. Concerned for their safety, they stopped in Washington Court House, Ohio—the closest city. It was very early morning, and most businesses were still closed. A local service station turned them away, saying they were too busy. Thankfully, they then found Gordon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The dealership wasn’t open yet, but they parked in the lot to wait. A gentleman arriving early for work noticed them, asked if they were okay, and kindly invited them inside to rest in the lounge until opening. By then, the boys had been on the road over nine hours and waiting five more—they were exhausted. That simple act of compassion meant so much. When the service department opened, Mr. Bill immediately took the time to listen and understand their situation. He recognized the seriousness of the issue and quickly had the car diagnosed—something that is rare in most service departments without an appointment. His care and urgency revealed a dangerous problem that made it unsafe for them to continue driving. Mr. Bill clearly explained the issue and advised that the vehicle remain at the dealership. He even helped guide them through alternative ways of reaching Chicago safely. As a mother, I am deeply grateful for the kindness, respect, and professionalism shown to four stranded young men from Virginia. Mr. Bill’s quick action may very well have prevented a serious accident. Over the past week, he has stayed in communication with my son and me, providing clear updates, explanations, and solutions. His responsiveness and dedication reflect someone who truly cares about

  Very good service department. They are very friendly and listen to what you're telling them. I would recommend them to friends and family. Update!!! I liked the service department so much that I came back and bought a brand new Ram 1500 Laramie in Patriot Blue. I love it so far. It looks great, rides smooth and is quiet with all the power I could want from the 5.7L HEMI. Got the trailer tow package and just bought a new travel trailer to pull behind it. Mr. Gordon and Rich Moody Jr. treated me great and gave me a great deal. I would definitely buy from them again and I highly recommend them. Bought another new ram 1500 with the hurricane 3.0 L engine. Gordon CDJR treated me great. My salesperson Brooks was very good and quite friendly and Kevin the one who did the paperwork, was very efficient and very friendly. Overall the very great experience I would highly recommend them to family and friends still. Update It's been 30 days since I bought my Ram and traded in my Expedition. They have yet to pay off my Expedition. When I traded on March 6th they got a 14 day payoff and used that amount to figure the deal. There was a space for per diem that was left blank and a place for a 30 day payoff that was left blank. I have accrued another 16 days of interest not figured in the deal and to protect my credit I had to make another payment on my trade plus the first payment on my Ram is due in two day (Monday). The owner told me they have 30 days by law to make a payoff. That's not true Ohio code doesn't specify a time for a dealer to make a payoff. I'm 78 years old and have traded a ton of vehicles over the years and have never had a dealer take this long. Ten days is normally considered a reasonable time during which to make a payoff, especially since they figured the deal on a 14 day payoff. Unless you don't mind not having your payoff made in a timely manner I wouldn't buy from them. Final update. Everything is finally done. They sent me a check for the extra per diem

  Very kind and respectful employees, that we’re focused on meeting as many as my needs as possible and stayed so positive throughout hours of getting things figured out for my specific situation. I really appreciate Stevie Richardson my salesmen and Rich whom assisted me with the financial portion were seriously amazing. They worked with me on things I wasn’t 100% sure of on the vehicle. They made sure I knew to keep communication and they would surely make sure I would be taken care of as their client. That reassurance of continuing the great relationship was enough to keep me coming back even though I live over an hour away. They were recommended by a friend whom guaranteed that if I went I would have great customer service, that was a lie, I have AMAZING customer service! Thank you Stevie Ray Richardson and Rich Moody Jr for assisting me in my very first big purchase!!

  I cannot recommend Gordon Chrysler based on my recent experience. I brought my truck in for repairs, and unfortunately, when I picked it up, the original issue had not been resolved. I understand that sometimes you can't figure things out, but the lack of respect for my truck is more upsetting. I found the condition of my vehicle concerning. There were cigarette butts on the floor and ashes on the console. Items that had been stored in my glove box were relocated to the back window, and three items from my vehicle were missing entirely. I contacted the dealership immediately to discuss these issues but felt my concerns were not taken seriously. I followed up with an email to the owner, who responded that the shop manager was attempting to reach me. When I clarified that I had received no calls or messages, I received no further response. I'm disappointed by the condition in which my vehicle was returned, and the lack of follow-through in addressing my concerns. I expected a higher level of professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership based on this experience.
