  Definitely the best experience I've had at a dealership, and I am super blessed to have had this experience. The customer service was phenomenal and my associate Chris was great. I will definitely be recommending to those who are apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle and a new area and those who may be unsure what they're looking for. They are very patient , professional and trustworthy!!

  Sales rep Chris Mitzel was extremely knowledgeable about all the features and benefits of the Kia I was considering. He patiently explained new car features I didn’t understand—sometimes more than once. I was impressed with the vehicle, and I love driving my new Kia!

  03/07/2026: What a great vehicle shopping experience today at the Grand Forks Kia dealership and it superseded my expectations! My sales rep Chris Mitzel took meticulous care of me today. From start to finish and also with another Chris in finance, added to the memorable experience. Both Chris’s were very knowledgeable, patient, explained everything thoroughly, and were also kind human beings, honest and trustworthy, not what you find so much out there today. I had a very stress-free and pressure-free experience in a welcoming environment. I can tell that they genuinely care about helping others, and work hard to exceed expectations for their customers. I would most certainly recommend anyone who is interested in the Kia brand to go check them out! You will not be disappointed. Thank you both for making this very enjoyable experience.

  Chris M was fantastic! Zero pressure to buy and extremely knowledgeable about the specifics of our vehicle of interest. He helped us arrange getting the exact vehicle we wanted. We had a slightly better trade-in offer at another dealer but Chris was able to match it. After the purchase, he spent time after business hours going over all the bells and whistles. Highly recommend!

  This is an update to a previous 5 star review- Review 2: (4/18/26) We had a car emergency today at a different dealership, so we decided to head over to kia to see what they had for used cars right away. Todd helped us so much. He is very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and genuinely enjoyable. He knows the area well and made us feel comfortable right away. Most importantly, he made sure we got exactly what we needed for our family. We left feeling so much happier, comfortable, and taken care of. We’re really grateful for Todd and the experience we had today! Review 1 (3/26): We love coming here for our Kia and really anything car related. Melissa is so personable, knows me by name when I call and she has added a comforting touch for our children every we time come for an oil change. She has been such a great addition to the team over the past year and makes us feel at home.
