  Khalid was by far the best salesman we've ever experienced. He was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, offered us a variety of different vehicles in our price range, and was never pushy(which is huge for us!) He literally greeted us outside when we pulled in. Khalid and the entire team were exceptional to work with. Highly recommend.

  I'd been thinking about the possibility of trading my 2021 Palisade Calligraphy for a little while. I had seen the new body style of the Santa Fe and really liked it. I also had thought about the possibility of getting the hybrid. So I started looking at the differences between the two vehicles, and found they were very similar. I fell in love with the Atlantic Blue and came across Green Family Hyundai during an online search. They had 2 and both were hybrids. No other place had them within 100 miles of me. We came in on a Saturday afternoon, and the dealership was hopping! After we spoke with our sales guy, Devin, we went for a test drive. I instantly fell in love. The Santa Fe I drove just happened to be the calligraphy as well, so it ticked every single box I wanted. By the time we had taken our test drive and started talking numbers it was after closing time. We never once felt rushed. Jesus, and our amazing sales guy stayed way past closing time just to help us out when they could have said to think it over and come back Monday. Since it was so late on a Saturday, there was no one to detail the car so we told them it was fine and we would gladly make the trip (from Galesburg) back up to finish up everything we didn't get a chance to get around to. Devin was so awesome to deal with. Such a personable young man. We had several questions and if he didn't know the answer right off hand, he found out the answer very quickly. We even discovered a few things together. Car shopping is fun, but it's also incredibly taxing for me. Devin made it fun and made the time we spent together go quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to Green Family Hyundai, and directly to Devin.

  The Green service team always treats you like your important. They listen, diagnose, and come through every visit. A special "shout out" to Paige Alls...who is the best to deal with at the service desk!

  This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Jake and Jamie were super helpful. Jake communicated with me from the start and provided excellent customer service. Jake had to leave for the day and handed me over to Jamie who was extremely professional! Kurt in finance was straightforward and made the process easy. All the little extras, like filling up the gas tank, replacing the tires even though the previous tires only had 20,000 miles on them, the “green service” of free oil changes and tire rotation, plus I am sure I have left something out! And I was in and out in under three hours! Thank you Green Family Hyundai!

  I was looking at 3 different dealerships online and they were my 1st and only stop because how great the are there! I pulled in to the lot. Khalid greeted me. I told him what I was looking at online. We test drove two vehicles. He asked my needs in a vehicle then we decided on the cheaper vehicle. Didn’t push me into something I didn’t need or want. He gets a 5 Star rating as a salesman! The only inconvenience was about a 30 minute delay because a small clerical mistake, we are all human and it happens. Still great and friendly service. Now the finance guy also gets a 5 Star review also. He was very quick cut through all the. I was in his office maybe 15 minutes. Was very honest about what they could offer, but didn’t pressure me to buy anything I didn’t need. He also got me a lower APR than what I was told by switching me to a different lender. Hands down the best finance guy I have dealt with buying a vehicle! I would give him 6 stars if I could.
