  As a Michigan resident, I recently purchased a vehicle from Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Chevrolet and wanted to recognize Robbie O'Neal for his outstanding customer service. He was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. The out-of-state registration and title process took longer than I expected, but Robbie stayed in communication and was always willing to help answer questions. Buying a vehicle across state lines can involve additional steps, and I appreciate the effort he put into making the transaction as smooth as possible.   Greenville CDJR has been the best experience I have had at any dealership in the last 8 years. I am currently deployed overseas and they made the process very easy and Transparent from the moment i called until the final transaction. Damaris was my saleswoman and she went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, and that all the numbers matched, how to get all necessary paperwork to the dealership, and ensuring a great deal while overseas. Damaris has also been one one of the most patient sales people I have ever encountered and done business with which during these hard times is a hard virtue to find in individuals, Keith the sales manager I also have a great deal of thanks for. I am grateful that he worked with Damaris to finalize the deal that she and I had discussed. I also want to point out out as well that Keith did an amazing job explaining the lifetime warranty on YouTube. Overall Greenville CDJR is an amazing Dealership to buy a vehicle, fast, easy, hassle free, and welcoming, thank you for making my next vehicle purchase one to remember.

  Never thought that car buying experience would be so great!!! Sergio was with me through the process and guided me through . No pressure by anyone in the dealership. Would definitely recommend giving them a try when looking for a used or new vehicle. Thank you Sergio !

  Terrible customer service. The only phone lines that are answered are for sales. All others go to full voicemail boxes. I’ve called and emailed with zero response. We were simply trying to cancel a gap and warranty product. But no one will email or return our phone calls. I do not recommend this dealer for severe lack of communication and follow up. This was not our only issue. However there is not enough room to elaborate here.
