  We are from Maine and bought a 2026 Ram 2500 Rebel to tow a 5th wheel and had a great experience. The salesman Eric and finance manager Ed were great. Then we found out that the pinbox weight on our camper would exceed the trucks' so we had to trade it back in and get something bigger. Once again they worked with us to upgrade to a 3500 Laramie, we did all the paperwork thru docusign and they delivered the truck to us in Maine just in time for us to leave for SC. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle here! Thanks again for making this process relatively painless! Customer service was above and beyond excellent!

  I am new to the area and needed to get my Grand Cherokee serviced, I had heard great things about Griffin so I decided to go there. From the start the building is super pristine, I went over to the service area and Amber, the Service Manager, explained some routine things needing to be done, she also hooked me up with a Service Advisor, Brandon, he was super funny and they got my car in and then I went to the waiting area that had fresh coffee, since it was early in the morning I decided to indulge in it. The service did not take long and the staff also explained to me some more work would need to be done in the future just the natural wear and tear of a car and they ordered the parts for me. It was a super easy process and the whole staff was amazing!
