I cannot recommend this place enough! Every single staff member I interacted with delivered some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, had extensive knowledge about all things Subaru and you could just tell everyone loved their jobs and each other! My sales guy was Logan Snelgrove… 1000/10 experience. He truly had my best interests at heart. He gave me a few options to choose from and didn’t stop until we found something in my monthly budget which for a salesman… especially a car salesman… has been extremely rare in my experience. He is kind, friendly, funny and extremely passionate about what he does. He was able to turn nothing into something. Thank you again to Logan and everyone at this car dealership. You’ve completely changed my life and is one of the main reason I’ve felt better than I have for a long time. I finally feel safe driving my vehicle and lookin good while doin it! If you’re looking for a new car, this is the only place I’ll ever recommend! You truly are in the bestest of hands 🥰

Absolutely incredible service from everyone we interacted with! Bought a new Wilderness Crosstrek from Bernadette and Connor, and they were wonderful. We got a great deal, the process was extremely smooth, and they were very kind and easy to work with. I will absolutely be bringing my new vehicle back for service at this dealer and I’m sure when the time comes I’ll return again to purchase my next car! They had a great selection of vehicles. Joshua from service was also very helpful with my trade-in. The other staff members I interacted with, including the GM, Preston, and Ethan were also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you want a conscientious team who cares about keeping the customer satisfied, not just about the money.

Bought my 2023 Subaru Legacy and couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Cristo and Josh made the whole sales experience quick, efficient and enjoyable. Cristo was able to answer all my questions, and went the extra mile, by locating the all season mats that disappeared while detailing.

EDIT: An independent Subaru Master Tech later confirmed that the front strut had been bent. The strut was replaced, and the tie rods — which Subaru stated were “seized” and needed to be replaced for $500— were removed in SECONDS and were described as “a piece of cake.” This directly contradicts Subaru’s explanation for why the alignment could not be completed and confirms that the issues were caused during their service and by techs who don’t know what they’re doing. Which is why so many Subaru Master Techs go out on their own. Groove Subaru’s service department is reckless and unsafe. My car went in for a simple alignment and came out with a suspension component bent, causing a severe negative camber. Despite dashcam/video evidence, dated photos, and repeated requests, the service director, Tim Machuca, refused to fix or even inspect the vehicle at their expense. I even included the General Manager. After refusing to take responsibility for the damage their technician caused, Groove Subaru then sent me an email claiming the severe negative camber on my front-left wheel was “pre-existing.” That statement only shows deeper negligence. If a wheel was already caving inward before service, any competent advisor AND technician would have immediately identified it, documented it, and informed me before attempting any work. Instead, they attempted to remove ONE seized tie-rod for 2ish hours, returned my vehicle to me without saying a word, and let me drive off in an unsafe condition. Their final excuse doesn’t just ignore evidence — it proves they either caused the damage or failed to recognize an obvious safety defect. Neither scenario is acceptable from any shop, let alone a dealership. I have reported this to Colorado regulatory authorities and the BBB. Avoid this dealership for service at all cost and find yourself a Subaru specific mechanic who actually cares about the integrity of their work (where you aren’t just another number in the queue) and the safety o
