  The building is just a month old and looks very modern. I would have given them 5 stars if I was notified when my car was ready. I was texted with a video of the inspection from the technician with recommendations for service. I was able to respond remotely and sign electronically to authorize service. After waiting several hours, I went to see the service representative but I later found out that she was literally out to lunch. Someone of the other five people at the service desk should have contacted me while I waited in their very modern waiting area. The restroom was immaculate. You can wait in the large waiting room or a smaller office setting with a television if desired. For the most part the staff was courteous including the receptionist who even asked about the book I was reading (nice personal touch). I just wish I was notified when the vehicle was ready. Other than what I stated, I would recommend this service department.

  I had an amazing experience at Kia Tomball today! I purchased a 2026 Kia Sportage in white, and I absolutely love it. The entire process was smooth and surprisingly quick—I was able to go from viewing the car to driving it home within 24 hours. A big thank you to Muhammad Waqas Khan, my salesperson, who made the whole decision easy. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. His hard work and dedication really stood out, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into making this such a positive experience. Highly recommend Kia Tomball, and if you can, ask for Muhammad!

  Muhammad was fantastic to work with! He was professional, responsive, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He answered all of my questions, was transparent throughout, and never made me feel pressured. Even compared to other dealerships I visited, his customer service stood out. I highly recommend asking for Muhammed if you’re in the market for a vehicle!

  I walked in, not expecting to actually buy a vehicle, but they were so helpful and made it so easy and very affordable that I went ahead and came home with a brand new vehicle, Everyone I worked with was so sweet James Carter is the one that helped me out, But everyone that I came in contact with was so wonderful. The only thing that caught me off guard is that apparently some vehicles don’t come with floor mats, so I had to purchase that separately out outside of Kia. Other than that, my mom car is ready to go. I absolutely love it. And so does everybody else I will definitely be recommending people to come here.

  I had a great experience working with Brandon Wilson! I came to see a vehicle late in the day, and he was super accommodating and kind. He was knowledgeable and made the experience as smooth as possible. We closed a deal and my vehicle was ready to pick up the next day. Really recommend working with him!
