  My experience with the Grove City Ford sales team was excellent. From the prompt responses to my initial inquiries about the truck I eventually bought to the professional treatment and no BS interactions. I am pleased with my purchase with a single exception. A minor issue came up that was no fault of the dealership but the result of a modification done by the previous owner. Brandon the Sales Manager immediately responded to my concern and offered a very acceptable solution without hesitation. I am sure they will continue to provide my truck and myself with continued service for the time I will be owning the vehicle.

  I recently added to my family and had a little boy, as well as having two pretty large dogs. I had been looking at vehicles that were larger than my Jeep so I could have room for everyone comfortably. I found the GMC Acadia on their website and really liked the way it looked but wanted to test drive it to see if I liked the way it drove so I went in and David Plott was my salesman! He was absolutely amazing! He gave me as much information as he could so I could take it home to my boyfriend and discuss it with him. I ended up going back just a day or two later to talk number and ended up leaving with the absolute perfect vehicle! It has everything I wanted and more! Seriously could not have asked for a better salesman!

  Very friendly and helpful. Attentive to my requests and not at all pushy. Felt very comfortable with my interactions with David and the other staff. Will go back for my next vehicle purchase
