  Helped my friend drive out of town and pick up a car from GUNN today. Terry S. helped us out and he was great! No pressure, no fluff, just super helpful and to the point. He made the process smooth, quick and easy. Everyone there was very polite and professional. Eddie in finance was great too, super nice guy. I feel we got a great deal, and my friend is super happy. Highly recommended!

  Smitty (Frank Schmidt) was an excellent sales rep! He was respectful, fair and made sure we had a great experience. We got exactly what we came in looking for. Smitty made sure we understood the paperwork and had very clear communication. 10/10 recommend him if you are looking for a new vehicle. We also got a fair trade in for our Colorado. Eddie was also very helpful in the finance department. He got us a rate and payment option we were looking for. We will be return customers. Thank you Gunn!

  Pictures and price match up to what’s listed on Auto-trader. When you’re happy with the price, finance will show you options with absolutely no pressure to choose. They are simply presenting you with protection plans that are available as add-ons. If you don’t want it, just say the word and you move along the buying process. Once you reach out to the dealership, they are quick to respond accordingly. They answer your questions and don’t consistently reach out with offers or sales pitches. They give you the space and time needed to think but are always a quick text reply away. I spent a majority my buying process dealing with David. As mentioned, never persistently reached out to gauge interests, but always answered my texts even on his day off. When I finally decided to go in, he arranged for me to meet with Terry since he was off that day. At the dealership, absolutely no pressure. All my questions were answered during the test drive. Right before I left the lot, David gave us a final walk-through of the truck. Both David and Terry made the whole buying process absolutely hassle free.

  Highly recommend Gunn CDJR here in Seguin! Terry and Mark helped me buy a Ram truck and they were awesome to work with. Because they aren't commission-based, there was absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics or rushing—just helpful, honest, and professional service.
