  Austen was excellent to work with. The whole team at Gurley Leep KIA was friendly. Went in to just look but left with a 2025 Kia Sorento. The quickest experience ever buying a car! Thanks Austen for a great experience.

  My sales person Jarrod, was incredible. He was patient with me as I was deciding between two vehicles. Every time I asked he provided me with updated numbers, and details, and never left me feeling like I did not have complete information. Being a person in sales, I truly appreciated that neither Jarrod or the sales manager ever tried to sell me on something I didn't need. I very much appreciate that both Jarrod and the finance manager respected my time by having all the documentation ready for me when I got to the dealership and the whole process took around an hour.

  I’ve had a great experience with this dealership from the day I purchased my car up to every service visit. The customer service is always excellent, and the staff are very welcoming and professional. You can tell everyone truly enjoys what they do, which makes the whole process easy and comfortable for customers. They also do a great job following up and keeping you informed. Special thanks to Robert in the service department for always being helpful and making everything smooth. Highly recommend.

  We had an amazing experience with this company. Our salesman Triston with help of managers and finance people were able to get us our dream car and our perfect price! We had to much help and people in our corner listening to our concerns working with us. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

  Had an amazing experience as I purchased my first vehicle! While my boyfriend and I were looking at vehicles in the lot, Austen came out and guided us in deciding what type of vehicle we were looking for. He took the time to understand our situation and answer as many questions as he could, and was very honest about everything he said to us! He also let us take my 20-month-old on a test drive in the car by allowing us to put her car seat in the back to see how she liked it! We ended up not committing to the car that day, but came back a few days later. That's when Jarrod helped us seal the deal on the car Austen had highly advised to be the one we look at buying. Through the process of buying my car, Jarrod had made me feel comfortable, as I had no idea what to expect when buying a car for the first time. When it came time to sign all of the documents for the car, Justin made the process extremely easy. He explained everything in terms that I would understand and guided me through the process with as little stress and worry as possible! I would highly recommend coming to this dealership!
