  Ford in Alice was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Frannie was especially empathetic and made us feel like family. She truly listened to our needs and wants, and helped us get into a beautiful Nissan Altima.   Amazing experience at Hacienda Ford in Alice! 🚗 Bert and Santos made the sales process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and getting me a great deal. 💬 John in finance was fantastic—he explained the contract details clearly and worked closely with Bert to ensure every aspect of the contract was fulfilled in a timely manner. ✅ Esteban went above and beyond by delivering my brand-new Ford F-150 🛻 right to my home and walking me through all the features.   Best customer service we’ve had at any dealership around our town. Matt Olivo was very good at communicating and informative, giving us updates on our vehicle. Truck is in so much better condition after the work they did on it repairing what was needed. I’ll definitely go to Hacienda Ford of Alice again.

  I had a great experience at this dealership from start to finish. Bert and Ed were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured at any point. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process. The selection of vehicles was excellent, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. The financing process was smooth and transparent, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was one of the easiest and most stress-free car-buying experiences I’ve had.
