“Long overdue review for Hamilton Volkswagen — and they absolutely deserve it.
Even though the vehicles themselves were a bit meh for us in the long run, the people at this dealership are what truly stand out.
Ron was our salesperson and helped us through both of our deals. In 2024, we purchased a 2023 VW ID.4, and the entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Everything went exactly as it should. The General Sales Manager, John, even came out to personally greet us, which meant a lot and immediately made us feel comfortable and valued as customers.
The ID.4 Pro itself was an amazing ride—great horsepower, very smooth, and my wife absolutely loved driving it. Unfortunately, over time, the sensors became an issue and made the car feel unsafe after about two years. That concern, combined with VW discontinuing the ID.4, ultimately pushed us to trade it in.
When we came back, Ron, Jeremy, and John all stepped up again and made the process just as easy as the first time. We traded the ID.4 for a 2022 Tiguan SE R-Line. Personally, I loved the Tiguan—but after a month or two, my wife realized it just wasn’t for her. We ended up debating between a VW Atlas and a Toyota Highlander Hybrid, and ultimately went with the Highlander due to the hybrid option.
That said, every single time I’ve walked into Hamilton Volkswagen, I’ve felt welcomed and respected. The dealership is professional, well-run, and full of genuinely good people. Even the service department has been consistently great—friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
I truly wish every dealership operated like this one. It’s unfortunate that most don’t—but Hamilton Volkswagen sets the standard for how customers should be treated.
Highly recommend them for the experience alone.”
