  This is my second car I bought from this dealership. Joshua was my sales man this time, he took the time to explain the pluses to the car on the test drive. Mark Hanania gave us the actual deal between a used and new ( we went with the new). Shaheem was extremely helpful in giving me a detailed explanation of the features of my new car. Joe the foreman will be my mechanic. Super happy with my experience.

  I was incredibly frustrated with my service and Infiniti. However, Julea the service manager ensured that everything got done correctly. Honestly, I don’t know what I would have done if she hadn’t been present to listen and oversee the situation with my QX80. I am forever grateful. 🙏🏾

  I had an amazing experience at Hanania Infiniti of Orange Park. The entire team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car for me and my family. In the end we chose an absolutely stunning 2026 Infiniti QX80. From the moment we walked in, everyone was patient, helpful, and understanding. They took the time to answer all of our questions, listened to our needs and must haves, and they never made us feel rushed or pressured. What impressed me the most was their dedication. They all stayed very late to make sure everything was taken care of and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. Their friendly attitude and commitment to excellent customer service made the entire car buying process smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate all of the time and effort our salesman Bryan put into making sure we left understanding all of the new features in the car.   I had a great experience at Hanania Infiniti and wanted to share how impressed I was with the level of service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. My service writer, Nate, did an outstanding job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. He made sure I understood what was being done and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The service itself was completed in a timely manner, and my vehicle was returned in excellent condition. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work and values their customers. I highly recommend Hanania Infiniti, and if you have the opportunity, ask for Nate—he’ll take great care of you.

  The service was great and since we live in St Augustine, the fact that they can come pick my car up is a great benefit. We don't have much time to take the car in ourselves, especially with the dealership in Orange Park, so this saves us a great deal of time. And they bring a loaner in case we need it. The staff is so very friendly and professional! I'm very happy since buying our Infiniti! Every experience has been great!
